This trip was a nightmare. I arrived from the UK on Friday for a 3 day cat show. I had printed the confirmation email so was not worried about anything. The show ran over late on that day, so I called the hotel to let them know I would be a bit late checking in. Imagine my shock when I was told they had no booking for me! I am a wheelchair user and my granddaughter, myself and my friend faced having nowhere to stay, and it was almost 11pm! Because of this mix up, I had to pay for two more rooms, and was not reimbursed until I returned to the UK the following week. Thank God I had enough funds to pay for the extra rooms, around £300. I will never stay here again.
