"The best thing about Guam Plaza is its location and value for money. The hotel is relatively cheap for hotels in Guam. The bed was really cozy. The room was clean! Also, the location is perfect! It's in the middle of downtown. There's everything within walking distance. Also, if you stay here, you get free access to the Tarza Waterpark. My friend and I enjoyed there. One sad thing was that when we went, a lot of slides/facilities were closed."

"We stayed in 3 hotels during 10 days in Guam. This one is the best of all. And the price compares to the cheapest hotel in Guam is only $10 different per night. But the room, bathroom and balcony are big and clean. The hotel is next to the beach. We had breakfast in the restaurant is good (buffet for $12). There's a bus goes to every hotel, so the bus also stops here. But when we want to go to other malls or K-mart to get water, we had to take a bus to DFS(10 mins on bus) and then take a bus from DFS. There is a water boiler and they also offer tea bags and coffee bags. The beds are comfortable."
