"Staff was really nice and they were quick to respond my e-mail. I had my package sent to and from the hotel using Yamato and staff was really helpful and kind to help me out. I am genuinely grateful for your help. ありがとうございました! The room was spacious unlike other Japanese hotels. Mine was around 30+ sqm. Everything was clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. The reception area was also spacious. The restroom at the lobby was clean and no unpleasant smell even though there were a lot of guests, the booking was full, during my stay. It's quite near JR station but the sidewalks along the way were a little bumpy. And the hotel is in the city and is in walking distance to many places. A number of restaurants nearby, Family mart and the post office were just around the corner. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would definitely book this hotel once again if I visit Hamamatsu :)"
