They offered us a travel baby cot and baby bath bassinet (very nice touch!). Only stayed for a single night while passing through but the room and location were great and the staff very friendly.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and even provided everyone with a rose at dinner on Valentine's Day. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs.We could not find too much to interest us in Hazyview, so I would not actually go back there.

The location is amazing. Secluded yet still close to restaurants and shopping malls. The Kruger National Park is also close by. The restaurant service at the Cabanas take too long. You need more staff in the kitchen and a supervisor.

No air conditioning, but did have a fan. Luckily it rained all night so the evening was cool. However, I wonder if we had been there during the heat if it would have been as pleasant. Great location to go to Safari.

S0mewhat difficult to find - would be better for long term than one night

Check out was slow, only on person on the desk, and computer system went down. Overall the staff were fantastic. The bedding was the most comfortable that we have found in Africa.

The 3 bedroom chalet was extremely spacious, with upmarket finishes, very comfortable and clean. The resort is located in close proximity to the shopping centre, kruger park entrance gates as well as numerous other activities and attractions.

Clean accommodation and quiet atmosphere

A really lovely place to stay. Close to a number of Kruger Park gates and convenient for sightseeing in Blyde River Canyon. The proprietors proved to be excellent hosts. The rooms were absolutely exquisite. Contempory and yet still traditional. Blue Jay was the perfect base for our trip to the area. I liked it so much, I could live there!

Large clean chalet in private gated property. Lovely gardens. Perfect for our needs with 2 single beds and 3rd bed in loft upstairs. Excellent full breakfast. Owner very helpful with maps and advice. Great location in Hazyview, near main road from Kruger yet quiet neighborhood. 1/2 hour from Panorama Drive. G's restaurant excellent, large portions, good value.

The cottages are quite new but exceptionally spacious, peaceful & fitted with quality fixtures, fittings & electrical appliances. Lize and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was neat and there are a few details that she has considered for travellers that aren't found in other guest houses. She was also kind enough to make me a vegan meal. Will definitely stay there again.

The hosts, Heather and her husband, were absolutely amazing, accommodating and helpful. The property offers spectacular views and has a hippo dam with about 10 animals. We arrived late at night, hungry and tired. Heather offered us dinner and drinks. Both my husband and I felt extremely welcomed and cared for.

No air con in the rooms for price we paid per person!! Supermarket bought Frozen and tinned food passed off as fine dining with upset stomachs as a result - and we weren't the only ones. From the beautiful surroundings to the wonderful old world charm and elegance of the main building to the absolute comfort and luxury of the accomodation to the staff attentiveness to the smallest of detail to really fine dining - in all respects one of the best stays in all of South Africa and Namibia we have ever experienced !!

no complaints.. all very satisfying and great value for money. if you're looking for luxury coming to africa then i don't agree with your travel policies or philosophy. this place has everything you need but still feels real and part of the earth
