"Enroute from Sasebo, Japan via Helsinki Holiday inn to Italy. Spent the afternoon at Holiday Inn Helsinki, from the moment I landed I felt everything was organized Andy in place in Helsinki. The free shuttle bus that stops right outside the terminal, on the bus itself is the name "Free Hotel Bus" that takes about 15 minutes. And though the bus schedule for weekday and Sun/holiday are a bit different but there are no concerns impacting their on-time posted schedule. All in all, the Hotel is close to a shopping center, clean rooms definitely not a standard American size room but more important the staff is friendly and cost effective rooms. The refrigerator is stacked with water and other things. Highly recommend making Holiiday Inn Helsinki Hotel your number one choice whether on vacation or just for a night layover. "

"This was my second stay, and it was even better than my first! Two reasons: I just checked out of the Sokos Presidentti, and the comparison between our room in the Sokos and our room in the Radisson was like night and day! And I think they have two wings, with two sets of elevators, and one wing is OK (my last visit), and the other wing (this visit) has big, lovely rooms. Maybe I accidentally got a superior room this stay, and a standard room last trip. It was great! Overall, it's hard to fault this hotel, and it's probably a good first choice for a downtown Helsinki hotel."

"I had a horrible time when I first arrived to checked in. I made a reservation through agoda for a private room (double bed) but when I arrived, the staff informed me that I was booked as a dorm. I showed my confirmation but the system had me as a dorm and they were sold out in private room to offer me. I contacted agoda and on a hold for 30 mins, but I could get connected. I was extremely stressed after 9hours of flight. Then the staff and a manager offered me a dorm bed (since I have no place to go) and helped me to cancel the reservation for a refund. it really was nice of them. Now, I am upset for agoda which might have ruined my trip to Helsinki, but cheapstay hotel saved me life. Although I left soon without sleeping nor trying the breakfast, I will definitely revisit when im back in Helsinki by booking from other channel rather than agoda. thanks again for everything and God bless all of you."

"We loved everything about this hotel, rooms, service and breakfast. The best thing that you can take a bike for free and ride all over Helsinki. There is a tram station across the road , so you can just take tram and go wherever anytime. Radisson Seaside is the best hotel I have been so far, makes you wanna come back and stay longer time."

"Early check-in. Comfortable beds. No noise (twin room on Floor 7). Excellent receptionist. Modern shower facilities (without a platform, but with a tightly-closing glass door separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom). Huge mirrors. Two armchairs and a simple chair in front of a desk - in a twin room! Fine location: 15 min of leisurely walking to the RR terminal (never believe those sportsmen telling you about 3 min:))). Tokman clothes and food store nearby, at the corner. Budget buffet meals in the nearby metro station (c. 10 euro), - various cuisines. No a/c. High thresholds on the floor for you to stumble over every time you go the bathroom and back:)) On weekdays, the breakfast is till 9.30 :((( - simple, but sufficient. And their buffet lunch is only till 2pm..."
