"Everything was meeting or above expectations except for the staff there. The two men who worked front desk were quite unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially considering the hospitality of most Japanese people in the service industry. Besides that, the hotel was very pleasant, had free parking and was and next to a large supermarket and bookstore! "
