There are also few (quiet) bars/restaurants 5mins walk away if you want to eat somewhere else. Location is inbetween cha am and hua hin so can't walk to town, but taxi available for 200/300bht."

"We stayed here during the long weekend (Mother's Day in Thailand). We are lucky to get a very good deal from Agoda because hotels in Hua Hin is quite expensive. We booked since 17Jul13 and check in on 10Aug13. Recommend everyone to stay here because this hotel is clean, safe, staffs are friendly and there are swimming pools right next to the beach. Also Cecada Market is in walking distance (5 minutes walk only). We will go back there again if we go to Hua Hin."

"Though we live in Hua Hin we stay here regularly if we're attending an event, this time it was the local Jazz Festival on the beach. The hotel is large, as are the rooms, and whilst it's comfortable the rooms are very tired, with wallpaper peeling off the walls. As we booked at the last moment we booked via Agoda and paid on arrival, I was a little concerned that after my card had been processed and payment authorised, the lady on reception copied my card details onto a peice of paper, I thought the numbers were blocked out for a reason, the security of the account, she was interested in my concerns. Check-out, as always is painfully slow whilst you have to wait whilst they get someone to check your room. The hotel is ok for the odd night, but probably not for an extended stay, though we would certainly stay there again."

"I came back to this hotel after a couple of years, as I remembered this is one quality hotel in Hua Hin and it still delivers exceptional service as the same. I stayed during the week to avoid too many people, which is work because it was so calm (last time I booked it was a bit busy as in high season). My room get upgrade to pool view on 4th floor which is great, thank you to the staff, the building facing the sea but I couldn't see as the floor is too low. The hotel has good facility which is well maintained, and amenities in room are all comfortable, I wanted to extend my stay but I might need to check out and wait for check in time, so I pull back the idea. Breakfast are nice, I'm still impress with various choice and presentation of buffet line. Staff are also very attentive, from the entrance to the lobby and all area in the hotel. The down side would be the distance from town and away from beach, I drive so there's no problem. I definitely will come back again."

"my husband and i spent 2 night at this wonderful new boutique hotel in hua hin, we now wish we had booked a longer stay. the hotel is only a couple of streets walk from the night market, shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from. it only took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach, so the location is perfect. when we arrived we were promptly checked in and taken to our room, all the rooms have a different theme and have all been done in a very tasteful manner. next time we visit hua hin which we will we would definately book to stay at this hotel again. "I was travelling with my husband and 4 year old daughter. We had an awesome stay for Royal Pavilion. Definitely the best hotel in Hua Hin if you are planning for a holiday here. The hotel room is value for money, clean and looks very new. I think the housekeeping department made a very good job here. Location is just perfect. Just a few steps to Family Mart, a few minutes to Hua Hin Night Market and restaurants for food. Staffs are very friendly and soft spoken. You may hire Private cars to your desired attractions through the hotel too.The swimming pool was nice as well. And yes, the Sky Bar on the rooftop was a very relaxing if you want to grab some air. Thumbs Up and will come again if visit Hua Hin. "

"As we were having a weeks vacation with the family, travelling from Phuket to Chiang Mai and back I chose hotels that had the facility of a swimming pool. Unfortunately the Season Palace Hua Hin were having staff problems in keeping their pool clean. (or maybe a filter problem). Either way the pool was absolutely filthy! And that's coming from someone who has had and maintained a pool for over 25 years. The water was not only murky, which can happen, but it was brown murky, which was dirty water. The 3 b't put a toe in water that was that dirty. Sorry, I am aware that it is the low season in Thailand and all hotels are struggling to stay in business, but there really is no excuse for not keeping a pool clean. All it requires is to backflush the filter regularly and add the appropriate amount of chemicals, if not a salt water pool, which this wasn't. We were also unaware that the restaurant was closed in the evening. Which turned out to be a blessing as it forced us to go into Hua Hin to one of the many great restaurants and have a nice dinner and evening. "
