"I was extremely surprised, hotel probably 20% occupied but we are still put in a basic room away from the beach; 90% of other places I go will complimentary upgrade patrons. I won't go back here, it's just a basic (average) hotel with bad service at a great location"

"This resort was just perfect and beautiful. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The staff went over the top to make us happy and were extremely attentive. I really can’t express how wonderful everything was. The rooms were immaculate and had a lovely view of the ocean. I loved that cold water and fruit were available all day. The managers Lidney and Crystal did a fantastic job accommodating us and answering all of our questions. I would love to return soon."
