"The facility was in very poor condition. There was a blue tarp on the roof as you walked in and the bathroom in the pool area did not close let alone lock. I had young children with me and they could not get on the wi-fi because it was down the entire time that we were there. So they were very grumpy. In order to use the mini fridge and microwave you had to turn on a power strip. The one staff person that I dealt with was very friendly and very accommodating. I could have stayed downtown Indy in a 4 star hotel for the same price. I chose this hotel because it was close to St. Vincent's Women's hospital. "

"We were in town for a family function and just needed a good location and somewhere to sleep. This Days Inn provided that for us. The public areas need updating as I think decades old carpet in hallways hold decades of scents that just cannot be cleaned out or covered up. The rooms were clean. The breakfast needs better, healthier choices. Location worked for us on the northeast side of Indianapolis with easy access to interstates. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep and don't plan on spending a whole lot of time in the room, this is a good option."

"There was a convention in town so prices were much higher than normal. I was able to save some by booking 2 separate rooms, then the staff was very helpful in switching us to just stay in the same room without the Check-out/Check-in process. I also noticed the front desk helping an elderly lady with how to install and use Uber to get to the convention."

"I stay at this hotel because of the location only. However, there are a lot of little things that could easily be done to improve the hotel. For example, place the metal cover back over the in-the-wall tissue dispenser. Or re-attach the blow drier to the wall instead of putting it on the shelf under the sink, still attached to the mounting unit (Last visit, I had no blow drier at all) Of the 5 people sitting around the reception desk, could 4 of them go outside and clean the grounds? I am seriously considering not returning although I have used this motel for years. It has definitely gone downhill in the last 2-3 years."
