Where to stay in Jeju
Jeju hotels & accommodations

We stayed here for 3 nights around Easter time, and were really pleased with the hotel. The hotel design is very over the top, but, its a bit like Vegas, tacky but done well. The rooms are comfortable, luxurious and clean, but not the best we have seen for a 5 star resort. The hotel is huge and the gardens are beautiful. The swimming pool (over 30 degrees) and 3 Jacuzz...

I was travelling down to Jeju Island with my Dad and we had a really nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice-smelling and beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were extremely approachable, spoke decent English and when they could not understand us, we both used Google Translate!!! Staff were helpful with recommendations and we enjoyed their service very ...

Nice place on Jeju for a relaxing stay, but don't forget your international drivers license to get around Jeju Island. Bus station just behind the hotel, but the island is just too big for getting around in a bus. Location quite nice with a small beach just in front of the hotel, but during night also a little noisy due to people sitting outside. Sleeping with windows ...

The Howard Johnson was perfect for our trip to Jeju Island. Many reviews say to stay in Seogwipo-si if you’re on the island for multiple days but we opted to stay in Jeju-si for 4 days and 3 nights. The Howard Johnson is incredibly close to the airport and easy to get to via bus (download the Kakao app to get up-to-date bus information, Korea’s google maps essentially)...

We were in Jeju Island for 6 days, and spent 2 nights here. *Near to the ocean (just across the road) and 30 minutes bus trip to airport with its bus stop right in front of the hotel. *A bit far from Jeju-si shopping areas. *Convenience store right next to the hotel. *Our room was spacious for the 2 of us, and very very clean. Toilet came with bidet, definitely a ...

The room is spacious with good features like a convenience store located within the lobby area. The staff were English-speaking and they provide helpful service in terms of recommendations of where to go in Jeju Island. The location is also superb. It is just 15 minutes away from the airport, 15 minutes walk to the city centre and shopping area, and 10 minutes walk to ...

I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT THE HOTEL ROOM IS BIG AND HAD SUFFICIENT CARPARK SPACE FOR EVERYONE. THOUGH THE LOCATION LOOKS QUITE BUT I BELIEVED JEJU REQUIRES US TO DRIVE HENCE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS. THE STAFF ALSO DID WELL IN CLEANING UP OUR ROOM EACH DAY. I HAD ENJOYED MY STAY AT THE HOTEL. THANK YOU!

We were not being told that our hotel is situated at the annexed building and not the main building of the Robero Hotel. But anyhow the room is clean and comfortable to stay with and we are happy that car park (in near distance) is being provided as we rented a car to drive in Jeju Island.

my wife and i enjoyed staying at haevichi hotel while traveling jeju in may 2012. the room was very spacious, clean, and nicely designed. we were at a high floor with a sea view and it was lovely. the breakfast buffet had a big selection of food - both western and korean. all staff that we met at the hotel were smiling and very friendly. however, the hotel is loca...

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are staying in Jeju Island. The staff were all incredibly gracious on our arrival and spoke good English, making our check in smooth and pleasant. The facilities are brand new, modern and impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious and the views are breathtaking of the harbor and neighboring islands. Olle Market, the finest hikes,...

This is not the first time I stayed there, and continously will use the hotel whenever I travel to Jeju island. The room is very spacious and clean, and people who work there are very kind. The only issue I feel staying there is parking, since outside parking is not enough, and machinery parking should be taken care by drivers or only SUV cars can be parked in the base...

Best Value - 3 bedrooms Well-furnished, Clean Best Service - Second time staying, this time my washing machine had some problems at 10.30pm, contacted the concierge team and within 5 minutes, the servicemen arrived to fixed it. Will definitely stay here everytime I come to Jeju.

The location is literally perfect that you can catch bus to every main points in Jeju Island and the hotel also furnish airport pick-up services. What’s more, Hotel Leo is just located in the Central of Jeju city, which means it surrounded by lots of shops and good restaurants.

The girl at the concierge was the best staff I ever met, she provided very detail instruction when guiding us to the places we planned to visit, and she also gave us very good advices on the hiking trails in Jeju island and those are all very good recommendation.

Stayed for 2 nights when we were in Jeju Island. Room is very clean, good decoration, clean bathroom, smell nice, and best service provided by the receptionist. When I book for the taxi tour in the morning, the owner of the hotel will all of his kindness help me to translate anything to the cab driver and he even recommend which place or route fo the tour. Truly fro...

There are convience stores in the Ramada West just across the street from Ramada East, and a delightful bakery ( Take Urban Jeju Terrace ) in the Ramada Encore East. Our bed was hard coming from a Western bed that is what we would call incredibly hard, but no where near as plank-like as most Korean beds are. Housekeeping came every day to give us water and change out o...

only 5 mins away from Olle market. Excellent restaurants in the vicinity. I really enjoyed the bakery in the lobby. Best cheese brioche that I ever had! The only complaint that I have is, although I booked a non-smoking room, it still reeked cigarette. Combined with the typical humidity of Jeju Island, it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel itself ...

Very calm and picturesque location. The main pool is not well maintained and not heated at all. Also as it is in front of the hotel restaurant everyone including outside visitors is watching. It was lovely to use our jacuzzi which is on the private patio after a long day of exploring, Jeju Island. Breakfast was very basic and cold. The only positive about this hotel is...

In simple words..awesome and friendly staff with excellent customer engagement quality. Very good location, room quality, cleanliness and service quality. Thank You, Ms. Choi Ah Reum & Mr. Lee Je Kyung for your assistance and support to us on 4th Oct 2016, when Jeju Island was hit by Typhoon Chaba.

the stay was amazing. Got free upgrade to premium room, very spacious with large tv, fridge, kitchen and washing machine. The staff is friendly and can speak english. Hotel do provide free parking as i rent a car in Jeju island. Besides, did tried out the food at the restaurant down there, quality is good and they can deliver to your room. If you prefer to have other ko...

This hotel is rated 4 star by Agoda but we found the room a bit narrow compared to other 4 star hotels in Jeju Island. Bed is comfortable to sleep on. Nice tiny balcony but not much view. Smell a bit mouldy in the wardrobe cuz no ventilation at all when door is closed. A lot of local restaurants near the hotel. A Daiso is just around the corner. Pretty good locat...

Absolutely great time with my son at this location which was central to all the events we had on our itinerary. The accommodation at the hotel was very nice and the hospitality of the staff was incredible. We will definitely stay here when visiting Jeju Island again.
Cheap places to stay in Jeju

It was just a few steps from airport limousine bus stop (alight at fine hotel). You need 10 minutes walk to go to intercity bus terminal for travelling around jeju island. The nearest attractions by walk is olle markert, cheonjiyon waterfall, seogwipo port and saeongyeo bridge. The place itself is clean and the staffs are very helpful.

It was located near city centre. Near to many restaurants and convenience stores. Staffs are very helpful and polite. They guided us by giving us a map indicating those restaurant name and places of interest so that we have some direction where to find nice delicious local meal. Room is clean and spacious. The bed is very soft and we had a nice rest after a long day ar...

The best place to stay in Jeju Island is in Slow Citi Hostel. Great location, quiet, very close transport services and safe too. Pom, the owner, is friendly and very helpful. He provides free trekking to Hallasan every Friday during the winter months of January and February. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Rooms are very clean and the whole place is kept very well. ...

Airport limousine 600 drops u off a little further beyond New Kyeongnam Tourist Hotel. Get off the limousine bus, walk back towards New Kyeongnam Tourist Hotel. Don't stop here. Keep walking...until you come to a junction where 4 or 5 roads intersect. Three roads go upslope. If you see this junction, congrats! Follow the path up Seomun-ro, and on 3rd left turn, you are...

The hotel was super clean. Has no elevator but the stairs was ok. The receptionist were very friendly and helpfull, they even help me to find taxi driver for taxi tour. If you want to find a good black pig restaurant, please ask for their recomendation. Because last time, their recomendation is the best black pig restaurant i ever eat in Jeju island. I can not remember...

I stayed here in May 2018. The hotel location is very close to the nearest bus station and the seaport can be reached just by walk also. This hotel prepared basic foods for breakfast such as eggs, milk, cereal, bread complemented with the jams and also the restaurant was very cozy. I ordered room with 2 single beds and really surprised to see that the room was very SP...

The stay here was one of the best during my 15 days trip to South Korea with a group of friends. We totally love the comfortable Ondol style mattress and big bathroom. The owner here is very knowledgeable about Jeju and willing to assist us in planning our trip around the island by bus (Jeju do not have subway), thus making our trip much smoother and enjoyable.

The hostel is just located 5 min walking distance from Jeju intercity bus terminal, which makes you easy to move around Jeju island. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will help you especially if you’re not familiar with the public transportation in Jeju island.

The location is excellent, near to City Hall bus station with just 5 minutes walk. The room is simple and clean, friendly and helpful staffs. Simple breakfast provided with toast, self-cook eggs, juices. If you intended to drive in Jeju island, you can park your car at around the City Hall Bus Station for free from 6.00pm until 9.00am. There are many nice foods and re...

D owner wasnt at the guesthouse so often, and to me i felt comfortable to move around freely. All facilities provided are convenient for me, but since I booked for korean ondol so I became lazy to go inside the house regularly, my room is outside the guesthouse. The korean ondol is small but enough space for two people only, I dont pretty much care because I just wanna...

This is a very nice hostel !! Staff can speak English well and supply us with perfect service. The room is cozy and the public bathroom is clean with all kinds of toiletry supplies. If you travel to the south of jeju island , it's a good choice for you to live in. :) if I go to jeju island , I will still come back here :)

This guesthouse is located in the middle of Jeju City, just 1-2 minutes walk to the Dongmun Market where you could find basically all of Jeju's products, including seafood and tangerines, and the bus stop is also near. I was booked 1 bed in 4-bed-dormitory-female-only for 1 night and I think the bathroom is kind of private bathroom because it's 1 bathroom per room (us...

I went on. Solo trio to South Korea and jeju island was the highlight of the said trip. I was surprised by this guesthouse! I stayed in a dormitory room with cute pink sheets, clean shared bathroom and well maintained lobby. This place has everything you need! Not to mention the staff were very helpful and cheerful, there's no nearby restaurant but ou can go to jeju ci...

Bad time as it was the strongest wind occur in Jeju, and i was there. Weather's cold, although the windows and door are shut, but i can still feel the coldness out from no where. No heater in the room, bed warmer is there, try to request the heater from owner. The whole place is well decorated with nice miniature of different comics characters (Iron Man, Captain Americ...

It was indeed a good stay there. The room is clean and all the necessities such as toiletries, coat rack, washing machine, water dispenser, tourist maps, breakfast, free wifi, etc, are provided. The location is at a very convenient area. There is a airport limousine bus stop within walking distance from the hotel (about 5 mins. walk), convenience stores and food stre...

Stay in GJC is like in your home. There's two piano and ukulele, you can have great music time in there! Stay in GJC is really comfortable, sleep in warm room and soft bed, when you wake up you can see the sea directly! All the people is interesting and doing some cool things, they're young and funny, it's a harmony group. I believe everyone will like GJC. I had too ma...

All staffs were very nice and helpful, they help us to order the fried chicken and 짜장면 (Korean noodles), also help me to call taxi when I left. The location is convenient to go to Dongmun Market by walk and that's short way to Jeju bus terminal by bus. Room is cozy, I like the warmer blanket. Although there are a few of mosquitoes, but they provided a anti-mosqui...

I enjoyed the stay, though we stayed in guesthouse but the facilities and room condition are very good. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Jenner, the staff there speak good english and she even go all the way to help us to plan our trip and get good driver for us... I will be back

Long Island is the loveliest guesthouse I have ever stayed in, this place makes me feel like home. The guesthouse is clean and comfortable as they clean it everyday. Bus stop is right outside the guesthouse, you can see Seongsan Ilchulbong just by looking out the guesthouse window, ferry to Udo is just 8-10 minutes walk away. Most importantly the lovely hosts are so ki...

The location is excellent, located less than 10 minutes from the airport on a major bus line. Jeju city has a few attractions around the area, which make this a good base to start from to explore the northern part of the island. It's almost 1.5 hrs down to Seogwipo, though, so if you plan on exploring that area, I recommend you move down south for that part of your s...

To note: * use the Korean name when looking for the place and make sure you have the correct phone number. You won't find the English name in the GPS navi. *It's about an hour by car from Jeju International Airport. *The guesthouse is the top floor of a seafood restaurant overlooking Seongsan Ilchubong and the sea. 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Seongsan Ilchubo...

I stay at so many guesthouses before in Korea but this is my first time write a review because the guesthouse is really awesome. First and I think is most important, the guesthouse is super clean. The host is seriously very friendly and helpful. The location is near to Seongsan Ilchulbong even Udo, I walk from the guesthouse to the ferry terminal to Udo, just take less ...

Compare to other guesthouse in Jeju, this guesthouse is the best. A little bit far from Jeju city but this place is very nice, clean, and the owner is very friendly and speak English really well. If you just wanna stay overnight or plan to go to Udo and this place is the best for a quick rest or overnight stay. Went stay here with my friends and they loved it😊

We travelled for a week around Jeju, and this place was absolutely fantastic. The room is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful, and they bring you breakfast in the room, which is also nice. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in the Jeju I've with my husband. Although it is very far from the busy city, we enjoy the serene and quiet surrounding. There is even kitchen for us to cook and self service laundry in the resort! Love ...

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and after that we moved to another 2 hotels. However the whole family had concluded that this is the best hotel we had stayed in Jeju Island. We stayed in this hotel for a short Trip to Jeju and did really like it. The staff could speak english and was very helpful and Kind. We Had a room with ocean view which was fantastic. I ordered this hotel for half price when there was huge discount. The hotel was clean and the staffs were friendly despite the fact that they didn't speak English very well. During our stay on Jeju Island, my sister and I managed to use 90% public buses, and only the occasional taxi. There was a direct bus from the main city of Jeju, to the Teddy Valley Resort Hotel. There is a hotel for every budget in Jeju island. Bayhill is meant definitely to cater to the more discerning traveler who value service and serenity over convenience. Meaning to say, if you are to stay in this hotel, you will need to have your own transport as you will be far from all the attractions. The village where the hotel is situated has several basic restaura...

The hotel was quite nice for the price, though certainly not a standard five-star hotel. I'm not sure if there truly is one in Jeju-do. Regardless, the hotel was very clean and had everything one would need would a very nice business center with print services; that was helpful for printing out our boarding passes. The restaurants to the east of the hotel on the s...

Clean and neat place for family. Superior room has a double and a single bed, can easily fit 3 people in a room. This hotel has a warm water indoor pool which is free for those who stay in the hotel. Also surrounded by forest, you can go for a walk. Not in the central area of Joongmoon, a car is required to dine out or to visit the beach. Its restaurants are okay ...

I really had a great time staying at Grand Hotel in Jeju. The staffs were very helpful and extremely nice. The location of the hotel is in the center of everything, such as shopping street, duty free shops and tons of good restaurants Even the international buffet at the hotel is very nice and the price is also reasonable.

The accommodations at this hotel were outstanding which made our first visit to Jeju Island very enjoyable. Also, the staff were very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to returning for vacation in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My stay at the villa with my extended family of 10 is pleasant and memorable. The villa is off the city which is not a problem as we have rented a vehicle. It comes with 4 rooms which is just right for us. Each room is nicely decorated and the high tech toilet seats are the highlight for us. The automated flipping of the toilet seat, the seat warmer and the music that ...

We arrived in Jeju Island on an early flight and was at the hotel around 9a.m. Due to hotel policy we could not check in until 2pm. It was something that my girlfriend and i really appreciated as we were on a short trip to Jeju and that...

A very unpleasant experience. Throughout my stay with my family, there was not a single day any housekeeping was done for the room. Furthermore, we were only been provided small hand towels for shower. For a 5-star hotel, I find this very disappointing.

It’s in a pretty secluded area where noise traffic will never be an issue. It has a very fancy and cozy cafe right next door. If you have a vehicle, then it’s fairly close to everywhere you want to go and if you don’t, then public transportation is within a reasonable walking distance. I can’t complain about anything really because it was such a great experience. ...

have varieties and assortment towards everyones liking.its a great place to unwind for people living in cities!
Jeju is quite beautiful. It would be a good place to rent a car. I was able to get around on buses and with taxis, but once you're out of the main cities, transportation can be difficult if you don't speak Korean.
We only spend 1 night in Jeju which we think is too short. If possible, would recommend 2-3 days night stay.
A peaceful island with many speed cameras (GPS will alert you constantly when you are in the speed limit zone).
Jeju is a quiet and relax island. If you want to be away from the city is a best place. However, transport information and convenience is not as good as seoul.
The tourist sites are not tourist friendly in terms of transpo going to the site. The bus system is good, but when you get to the site, there is nothing available at once.
Make sure you go to the sight seeing instead of the museum. You will love to see them and it really worth time spending.
Jeju Island is a great place to visit. I am a nature lover and this is my 3rd time here. I just love all the places, sun rise peak, all in movie, sangbasan, jungmuun and all places that I have visited.
The Jeju Olle is highly recommended to travellers of all ages. If you want to learn more about Jeju Culture, probably the annual walking festival in late Oct/early Nov will be the best option.
Unfortunately we stayed in this wondedrful place only 3 days. Our itinerary was like that: Day 1 - discover Jeju city.
A place that offer good value of money for nature lovers. Distance travel not that far and can see many attractions.
An island that holds a lot of promises. Peaceful life, fresh air, fantastic sea food at a reasonable prices.
Jeju island is not too small and not too big of an island. Recommend renting a car and doing tour for 3 - 4 days trip.
Search the information & make necessary booking prior arriving. Select the place u want to visit & foods u like to eat.
Great Island to spend about 5-7 days on. You can experience everything you want in that time, but i would say its best to rent a car.
Jeju is a great place for couples and families. If you visit you MUST rent a car to get around properly as the island itself is quite large.
