Kalgoorlie hotels & accommodations

first time to Kalgoorlie, arrived by train and Railway Hotel across the road, very convenient. Easy walk to main street to catch buses, close to Tourist Office to book tours. Dined at the Railway rather than go to far at night. Good buffet breakfast or continental. Tea & Coffee making supplied in room. Enjoyed our 4 nights.

i had a great time at the york hotel in kalgoorlie. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the bar downstairs was very handy for a drink, dinner and chat in the evening yet not too loud in the rooms. the rooms are good sized with access to the balcony. also great was the free wifi-internet access. the only downside was that breakfast was only served until 8:30am.

This is an old hotel of character situated on the main street of Kalgoorie within 15 mins walk of the railway station. There are a few bars & restaurants nearby and also the tourist onformation centre. My single room was old-fashioned with a high ceiling, but the bed was very comfortable, a nice hot shower and tea/coffee provided. Reception staff were very helpful ...

I would recommend the Quest Yelverton Hotel for any stay in Kalgoorlie. It is located within an easy walk to the town center, yet is in a quiet street with no traffic noise. It is well maintained, the staff are friendly and is worthy of the 4-star rating.

Beautiful and clean, Its just not good for anyone not working. Both nights we stayed we got woken up at 2:30 from people in other rooms going to work. Then at 4:30am the poeple next door had a shower and the pipes were so noisy it woke up my son , my husband and me. Then we just fell asleep and the house keeper was out with the trolley around 5:30am, she was very oud...
