"The location for the motel was fantastic, and they offer drop off and pick up to Country Club plaza. It was a straight shot to the shopping areas on the Kansas side and an easy drive to Arrowhead Stadium. The front desk staff (same guy all weekend) was very friendly and helpful. One small issue. It took long time for hot water to travel to the third floor, beyond that, I would recommend Best Western PLUS Seville Plaza Hotel. "

"We left the hotel at about lunch time to spend time with family and so the cleaning staff could make up the room. We returned to the hotel approximately 4 hours later to find our room door propped open and no one inside. Upon investigation, the cleaning crew left our door propped open after cleaning the room, putting all of our belongings at risk of being stolen. When I informed the front desk, all they said was "I'm sorry", no explanation, no kind of compensation or gesture of good will, not even when I asked what was going to be done. I requested the manager and the desk clerk said the manager was not in. I told her to have the manager contact me and that never happened. Not happy at all with this hotel."
