"The Manager an, indian guy, was very helpful, (but his wife is rude). The rooms are pretty big and clean. Nothing to write home about but if you are just looking for a place close to the MCI (KCI) Airport and just need a room to sleep etc. then this is a good place. No swimming pool etc. just a place to be."

"I have stayed in many hotels at casino locations and close to casinos. This hotel misses the mark. The staff is great, very friendly. The issue is mainly with the bed, which is plastic and uncomfortable. Plus the casino closes all the exits to the hotel and make you walk all the way around to get back to your room. Not a big deal but would think they would cater to the people staying in the hotel a bit more."

"The location for the motel was fantastic, and they offer drop off and pick up to Country Club plaza. It was a straight shot to the shopping areas on the Kansas side and an easy drive to Arrowhead Stadium. The front desk staff (same guy all weekend) was very friendly and helpful. One small issue. It took long time for hot water to travel to the third floor, beyond that, I would recommend Best Western PLUS Seville Plaza Hotel. "

"This hotel was a little too fancy for what I was looking for, they didn't have vending machines but they did have very expensive bottles of soda at the "bar". They dont serve free breakfast unless you are a member that has paid full price for a room. The room I had on the 6th floor had the spot light from outside shining directly into our window. Other than that the room was real nice and the staff was "fake" friendly but I like the comforts of a less classy hotel personally. I wont be going back to this hotel "

"Hotel under construction- I was a last minute reservation & only stayed 6 hours. Room could use upgraded linens & Decor. Could have had laundry room available 24hours. Bathroom was in need of updating & there was a dirty towel left hang on the bathroom door from prior guest. Only was there for a few hours- if I would have been there longer- I would have asked for a refund & crossed the street to a different hotel. All that said- the staff were nice enough & I didn’t not complain- checked in after 10pm grabbed food to eat across the street, went to bed left before 5am. "

"It was nice looking cozy and very clean. The bedroom was amazing for the place. It exceeded my expectations. Even though we didn't use the tv much, it was great to know the kind of channels that got. The hotel was bigger compared to the photos. The only thing was breakfast ended at 9."
