Best hotels & accommodations in Kazan

Hotel locates in city center close to Kremlin and Bauman str. 10 minutes by foot from railway station. Room was very clean and smart. Staff was friendly. We have early chekin and in this case we had to pay additional money but price was adequate. Breakfast wasn't included in price. The breakfast price is rather high but you can it in Bauman str. which locates close to ...

The hotel is situated just a corner from the shopping district and about 10-15mins walk to the Qul Shariff Mosque. During my birthday, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. Breakfast was good with varieties of hot drink and food. Nice bed and clean bathroom. Couldn't ask for more. Had a pleasant stay.

Great experience overall. Very populated hotel due to the mall inside. The Tower part has better rooms than the Royale part. Gym, pool, Turkish bath is in Royale part. Tower Hotel part has the Extra Lounge, which I totally recommend, very friendly staff and great panoramic view over the city.

The hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance nearby from the Kazan Railway Station and also very near 5 mins walking distance to the main attraction Kazan Kremlin. Bathroom for the twin bed room is very spacious and the room also is spacious with a balcony. Reception staff is friendly and able to converse in good basic English. Best thing is that i arrived early a...

Hotel is in the old part of Kazan and 10 min walk from nearest subway station/Bauman shopping street (although for now Bauman isn't too densely packed with shops) and a long but pleasant walk from the Kremlin. The staff were helpful and helped me plan a side trip to Yelabuga village. They hold luggage but you can also check in early or check out late by many hours for ...

Hard to get to unless you know Russia. But once we did we enjoyed ourselves. Armenian man there spoke English and was very helpful. Very clean room. Refrigerator in room but not the coldest, but that’s Russia. TV was great. Location was nice. McDonald’s and grocery store across the street. Wifi not the strongest in our room. Overall I would totally stay again....

The hotel staff are advanced Russian who can communicate with guests in English. This is more advantageous than most of the hotels in Russia when english cannot be always expected as a channel of communications. We would like thank Alem and his team who has made this hotel friendly to foreign tourists. Alem even helped us to write an Russian "notes" that we could take ...

Large room and air-conditioned which was necessary for this time of year. Large comfortable/soft bed and very quiet. Breakfast and dinner were set menus and they were yummy. Location is a nice 20 minute walk to the Kremlin. Train station is very close. Supermarket across the road. Excellent Turkish style restaurant next door. Highly recommend this place.

Staff were rude and all the time inventing new rules... Make you leave the room when cleaning even if you don't have to check out, treat guests like garbage and act like if the common areas of the hostel are theirs'. Keeping a disgusting rude and unpleasant expression all the time. Don't try to make an effort to communicate with english speaking guests and definitely a...

Very very nice staff again in Russia. Although they (the older aged staff) don't speak English they were very helpful to help me with anything. Such a bonus troughout my whole trip at Russia. Room was big and clean, also as the toilets and bathroom. In walking distance of the trainstation and many public transport all around

Reasonably cheap hostel, very close to Kazan center so easier to get around Kazan downtown area. There are few food options nearby. Good beds, nice big room, separate basic common toilet and shower facilities. It is a quiet hostel, not the social type. There is a small reception/common lounge/kitchen area which lacks the social atmosphere so don't expect to meet peopl...

Very nice stay. Friendly staff. 10 mins by bus from the center which never bothered us (and we have two small children), 27roubles per adult and you are anywhere in the city where you want to be. Spa at the hotel was decent - just right - nothing too fancy but just enough to swim and warm up in the hammam. Would definitely stay there again.

As I wrote in my previous review it was very diificult to book a hotel here in the end of May. This hotel opened its doors for me twice - in the beginning of my stay in Kazan and in the end))) Meanwhile I stayed at some other places not to compare hotels but just to stay at least somewhere. I would repeat some word...first we were greeted by the warmest of receptions. ...

it is quite far to the city centre, not any metro station here, you must call taxi everyday.. the wifi in hotel is not work if you have not a local phone number to login.. the price is really expensive but the hotel is quite old style.. the staff nearly scan and copy all the pages of my passport when check-in, that i don’t know the reason.. so I will not book this hote...

very nice, cozy private apartment in authenticate Russian neighborhood. it's right next to a big outdoor market. the owner speaks a little English and is very nice and helpful. easy access to the #1 tram to the main train station, the metro station to downtown, and the #2 train station for trains to Moscow. Good internet, hot water, etc. Note that the owner requir...
