"I booked the room in December 2018 and stayed there in March 8th 2019. I was supposed to be there for 7 days but the hot water did not work. So went to a different hotel that had hot water. I tried to get my money back but I haven't seen my refund yet. They told my girlfriend that the hot water has been out since January 2019. Until I get my refund back I will keep on giving them a bad review. Just don't pay upfront until you make sure everything works before you pay. They will tell you that everything works over the phone but they lied to me so they would get their money. Also they are remodeling to. So the front desk is on the 4th floor."
