"Located 20 steps away from bus station. Super convenient to takes buses to other cities, including express buses directly to Nida. Not noisy as well given its close proximity to bus station. Supermarket and some basic shops located at bus station. Common kitchen and fridge for guests to use. Bed is comfortable and environment feels very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, honest in recommending what to see or do in the little town of klaipeda depending on what you are interested in. Even though it is 24hr reception, staff sometimes have to run errands like when i tried to leave my luggage at 9am. There was a note on the entrance that staff will be back at 10am so you can hang around the bus station where there is wifi so no problems. Due to it being very low season and few guests, i was allowed early check in. Staff went to check that other guests were awake so that i would not disturb them before i was allowed in the room which was considerate."

"There is no lift in this building and they expected me to climb 4 flights of very steep stair to my room. When I informed them that I couldn't do this, I was rudely offered a room on a lower floor, but they tried to make me pay extra. Tiny narrow bed, no amenities, rude staff, breakfast extremely limited (eggs inedible because of too much salt). This is more like a cheap hostel than a supposedly 3 star hotel. "
