Where to stay in Knoxville (TN)
Knoxville (TN) hotels & accommodations

There is a lot good about this place, but only one bad, and that's the smoke. The non-smoking room we stayed in smelled "fresh" (layers and layers of febreeze haha), but everywhere else had a smokey-smell: entryway, hallways, elevators, even the workout room had the smell. Now, the good points - all of which are great: the pool is indoor, and large; the hot tub is ...

Visited during the Vols game which made the rates skyrocket. Nonetheless, Hilton Knoxville provides a beer garden, restaurant with bar, Starbucks, and other amenities. It's also in walking distance of the Market place, as well as the stadium. I would definitely visit the Hilton Knoxville again. To add some secondary feedback; on the same weekend, my cousin stayed at...

We were there the nights tropical storm Alberto hit. The place was packed and we were lucky to get a room. The room was clean and had what we needed. The water didn’t drain in the bathtub while you showered and we got a room closest to a door to the outside so you could smell the smoke. Breakfast was good- it was Memorial Day weekend and I don’t think they were expecti...

The complementary hot cider was great. Staff were very welcoming and advised me of all the hotels facilities and best dinning options in the local area. The room was large and comfortable, although I was woken several times during the night by the air-conditioning turning on and off and noise from the guests in the room above.

Very nice and super clean place! Trust me, I’m a dental assistant and I pay attention to all details when it comes to cleanliness. Loved the breakfast! The ladies there were hustling to stock up everything all the time. We would very highly recommend this hotel. Close to the highway, great amenities , very friendly and helpful staff. We were on our way to Niagara Falls...

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The staff was nice the room was great the breakfast was great. My only true complaint would be the pillows. They were terrible and caused me to not have a great nights sleep. Just a reminder to why I should bring mine from home. But everything else was wonderful. My kids loved it my husband loved it. It was just a one night s...

We stayed at the comfort suites on our way thru on a 13 day road trip. This 13 hotels! This hotel has one of the friendliest staff we encountered. They were so lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had 2 queen beds. Comfy and good sleep. We had a quiet room and even slept in a bit!! Would definitely recommend

I booked for a Monday, but when I got there Monday evening, they said my reservation was for the following Monday, and even though they were half empty, they couldnt give me a room because I had booked though Agoda. I came back home that night at 1am. I dont know if it was Agota's website that failed the proper date or what. Doesn't matter. When you've paid for a ...

The room was pretty cheap. The bathroom was very dirty, to the point I didn’t take a shower . They need to remodel everything . The walls must have been only a inch or two thick. I could hear everything. Burn holes in the blankets and carpet . I had to play with the outlets to get them to work . I don’t believe they have ever heard of febreze. Only one light worked in ...

the only good thing about this place was that the beds were very comfortable, otherwise it was a dump! Place needs major repairs and their house keeping staff needs to be fired. The light switches were filthy, your feet stuck to the floors, no hot water in the sink. not a happy experience.

After it took 45 minutes to check in because our reservation had been lost, all we wanted was a hot shower and some rest after our drive. We expected the hotel to be sub par because of price but never thought it would be so filthy. Bugs crawling everywhere, stains on bedding and couch, carpet had been rippped out of room, old popcorn and food under bed that had not bee...

This hotel room was fantastic! The only problem I had was I had reserved the room on pethotels.com, and I thought the price included the pet as well, but they charged me an extra $35 without letting me know there was a charge. I understand there's got to be pet fees sometimes, but first of all, let your guests know that, and second of all, does it really have to be $3...

Tried to give us room by highway that was very noisy but moved us when we complained. Tv remote &I phone didn't work, desk told us updating rooms next week. Workout center light didn't work & not sanitizer to be found. Staff pleasant but not always helpful. Very nice breakfast area but not much there. Nice sized bathrooms.

The Crowne Plaza is a great hotel to stay in if you're spending most of your time in downtown Knoxville. The hotel is steps away from market square and gay st, as well as a short walk from the old city. Knoxville has really revamped the city with a good array of local shops and restaurants. The location couldn't be better. The rooms are a good size and very clea...
Cheap places to stay in Knoxville (TN)

We ended up paying extra for a friend to visit us for awhile while we were in Knoxville. The reason “this isn’t a home, it’s a hotel. Even though you friend is only visiting they still use electric, water and toilet paper”. Should not have to pay for someone who is not spending the night. If not reported there was a $200 fee. My son went outside and another worker acc...

If you are looking for a clean room for the night then this is the place to stay. Don't expect any facilities such as a swimming pool or business center. There is a small kitchen in the room with a full-size stove and fridge and you can get some pot/pans pates from the front desk. Bathroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that they need to ...

Overall we enjoyed our stay but breakfast was basically the same every day and they never vacuumed the room the entire time we stayed (6 nights) even though the had access daily.. Agoda.com stated our stay at $569.51 when in fact with all the taxes added in it was $671.51.
