"We were there the nights tropical storm Alberto hit. The place was packed and we were lucky to get a room. The room was clean and had what we needed. The water didn’t drain in the bathtub while you showered and we got a room closest to a door to the outside so you could smell the smoke. Breakfast was good- it was Memorial Day weekend and I don’t think they were expecting the crowds- so they did run out of some foods. But the staff were courteous and helpful. We stayed here 2 nights and it was fine."

"If you are looking for a clean room for the night then this is the place to stay. Don't expect any facilities such as a swimming pool or business center. There is a small kitchen in the room with a full-size stove and fridge and you can get some pot/pans pates from the front desk. Bathroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that they need to sound-proof the windows in the rooms facing the highway (back of the hotel). Fortunately, I was very tired and slept through. The location (business and industrial park) is excellent and the area is very safe. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the manager. Overall, I would def. stay there again and recommend the place for friends and family."

"We ended up paying extra for a friend to visit us for awhile while we were in Knoxville. The reason “this isn’t a home, it’s a hotel. Even though you friend is only visiting they still use electric, water and toilet paper”. Should not have to pay for someone who is not spending the night. If not reported there was a $200 fee. My son went outside and another worker accused him of having dogs in our room when we didn’t. Won’t go back there."
