"Sadly koh phi phi has changed into party island for young. But its still lovely place, and good facilities to support family needs. You can make what you want of phi phi, enjoy the beach life or party hard, something for everyone ☺ The Ibiza Hotel has 2 swimming pools, 1 set back ideal for families and front pool is where the 2-3times week pool parties are held. All good fun. Staff at hotel superb and nice cabanas too. "

"We booked through agoda just a few days before so we didnt have many options on our room as the resort was full. We could only book one day but staff was nice enough to let us stay extra nights as they saved our room for us the next day! All the staffs were nice with good sense of humour. The breakfast was great with sea view. One of the most comfy bed I have experience all through Thailand. We tried some other resorts in Koh Phi Phi but Bayview is our favourite. They have some sunbeds and shades in front of their own private beach. The location is great, less than 10min walk to the center/pier. Opposite of the party beach so we could have a quiet relaxing night. The resort offers free boat transportation to the pier everyday on a certain time which was also great. In order to get to our room we had to walk some stairs but it didnt bother us. Almost all the resorts in the island is built that way anyway. Highly recommend this place! "

"This place exceeded expectations 100 fold. The room we were given was huge, at least 600 square feet complete with a small patio and glass encased standing shower. Bath robes were provided and the in room refrigerator mini bar had Chang stocked for just slightly above mainland prices. Wi-fi was fast and reliable, A/C unit worked to perfection and the shower delivered good pressure and mostly constant temperatures. The whole place is designed with purpose! Clean and organized which made me feel at home and instantly relaxed for a night on a Thai island. Originally when I booked a hotel in Koh Phi Phi I saw many hotels with very cheap prices. However after looking more closely at reviews it appeared that I made a critical error in selection. Luckily I was able to cancel the reservation on booking.com via Southwest.com Hotels/Rapid Rewards site. Then found Chao Kho Phi Phi Hotel and knew that was the best option and booked it instantly. "

"There are a few beaches on Phi Phi Don, and they are hardly connected at all. To get to Long Beach, one must take a long boat there from the main pier area. But once here, nearly all of the hotels have restaurants and/or bars right on the beach, including Phi Phi Long Beach Resort. That's all we needed for our stay: food, drink, beach, and a room. The rooms were nice, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were helpful. They helped us book a boat to Phi Phi Leh for a fair price. The WiFi got a bit iffy at times, but who cares when you have the beach? Would definitely stay here again!"

"I've read a lot of varying reviews of this hotel. It's important to keep things in perspective. Koh Phi Phi is a tropical island, therefore there will be cockroaches and mosquitoes. The room was incredibly comfortable: air-conditiong, hot showers, and a quiet neighborhood (all - especially the last - luxuries during high season). The beach is seconds away, and a very short stroll leads you to massage locations and a cabana bar (with very nice pina coladas). If you don't want to wash your feet of before going in the room or deal the possibility of some local fauna (read: a few insects), try the fancier resorts, not the bungalows. "

"This was the cheapest place I could find in Phi Phi. It was really nice. One could say that there are too many beds in the room, but the curtains are partitions make it seem less crowded and the way the sunlight drifts in through the windows makes it feel cozy. If you are bothered by music, you probably shouldn't stay at this place. Because at night, the bar next door goes on until 3 am. I personally enjoyed the music and when I wanted to sleep, I fell asleep just find. But if you are a light sleeper, beware. I wasn't a big fan of the bathrooms. There are not enough places to put your clean clothes and the clothes you want to change out of and your towels and sanitary products. They're not comfortable designed, is what I'm saying. The staff is helpful and patient. Well, at least the one staff member with whom I interfaced was. And she is assiduous with reminders for those who booked trips or tours. Overall, very happy to have booked here."

"First of all, i have to say, the staff of that resort are the suitest i met in Thailand! Second, Its a quite peacefull resort, located aside from all the center city noice of koh phi phi, which makes it more suitable for vacational and romantic atmosphere! The pool is small but beautifull, with an outstanding ocean view! Each bongolow has a private balcony and huge windows, facing the ocean to the west side of phi phi (the clean side, not the one with the main port). Finally, despite all that, you can get here withought taking a taxi boat, just a 15min walk from the pier and the market."
