Best if you got your own car to the waterfall coz if you take the cab.. be prepared to get those cabbies who ask for more!! Well thats just how the cab are over there. Please dont give face!!

It is a simple town with affordable food and some shopping. Go for a firefly cruise during as the night falls, it is a must do in kota tinggi.
Kota Tinggi brings us memories back to the 70s. The places of interest that I am aware of is the Waterfalls, Fire Fly Tour and RainForest.
Do not expect shopping, more like a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good way to escape from phone or internet, lol.

Kota tinggi waterfalls resort is a good choice for back to nature experience. Its located within walking distance to the waterfalls.

The town has been spoilt by poor town planning and idiotic civic monuments, which the locals and travellers would never use or need .
A very nife place with a cool refreshing waterfall, friendly people and couple of historical places to visit.
The main attraction is the waterfalls. The family had a good time there but got to be careful if you have younger children.
