"In short, you don't have other option in Kotamobagu similar to Sutanraja, but for the price, it is a bit disappointing. The staffs performed in mixed ways, the better ones probably due to individual quality and not training. The receptionist that checked me in was very passive, and gave me the wrong type of room, but when i demanded a room change, the other receptionist was very responsive. On a positive note, I asked for a room with balcony, and the balcony was very spacious. My room had issue with drainage in the bathroom, in the first night, they came right away, but on the third night when it happened again, they didn't showed up, and i had to call again, even then it took a long time. The breakfast was tasty, kudos to the chefs. It is way better than Sutanraja Manado, in fact better than most hotels in Manado. But the servers was passive, and especially on the first day, were very incompetent in checking which food had run out, and to replenish them."
