"Everything was perfect. Yet, as this is my first time booking a residence, I was not aware that I need to contact the owner myself to check in despite being the customer. I was sure that I filled in my phone number during booking so that I could be informed if needed clarification or whatnot... Anyhow, after the receptionist informed me to personally contact the owner, I called the number and was told to wait for further instructions from the middleman to check in. Okay. The thing is after waiting for 10mins without any response, and enduring mosquito bites, I had to called the owner again asking the instructions. Finally then received a whatapps text on how to self check in. Talk about time wasted.. Check in management is a bit lacking, so I hope to see some improvement in that particular part. TQ "

"The hotel is situated in a good location, about 5 min. on feet to the market place where you can buy everything you want, on the oposite of the hotel there is also a market, the China Town and The Central Market are also near located. You can buy any handmade stuff or Malasian craft there. You can see the City Tower from the window ( if you get a room at that side of the building ). The hotel offers many attractions - Samsara Spa, swimming pool, gymnasium, etc. You must see The Petronas Towers being in Kuala Lumpur. You can get tickets to go to The Sky Bridge, but you should get up early to get them, because there is a limited amount of tickets ( they start at 8.00 a.m. but at 12.00 you must forget about going up ). Finally, we will come back to the hotel being in Kuala Lumpur in the future for sure. It is a verey nice place to stay."

"We stayed for 5 nights here (Level 41). But then later they shifted our room to another (better room) which is located at a lower level (L33) for our 3rd night onwards. The staff (agent) who is in charge of our stay here Mr M is very attentive to our request round the clock (for a new iron as the old ones is not functioning). He is vey responsive to our calls and messages regarding our room. This is actually our second time staying here at Berjaya Times Square Apartment Suites. Our second time coming back here is lot more better than our first stay here (different property/ agent). Recommended especially those who love shopping. Located just in the Golden Triangle of KL. "

"Stayed here 3D2N. Easy to access to anywhere by taking GrabCar and Uber (cheaper than local taxi and great services). One Bedroom Apartment is so suitable for us. Separate living room and bedroom. Two air-conditions and cooling enough. A small kitchen with fork and spoon, rice cooker, toaster, plates, wine glasses, mini fridge (inside cabinet) and free bottle drinks. Very clean and new furniture. Oakwood Hotel and Residence Kuala Lumpur definitely offers simplicity and modern comforts that is definitely good value. Located strategically at Jalan Ampang with a short walk distance to the world-famous Petronas Twin Towers. My only minor gripe was the breakfast, should have more variety. Overall good value for money and good service. Will come back again! "

"the hotel is located in inside, or rather on top of the famous berjaya times square shopping complex, which is located at one of the most strategic tourist destination in the city of kuala lumpur, which is the golden triangle. the hotel is of walking distance to sungei wang plaza, bb plaza, low yat plaza, lot 10 shopping mall, pavillion mall, sephora, fareheitt 88 which are all famously and most visited shopping centres in kuala lumpur. hence, if you are planning to go shopping and enjoying the vibrancy of the city, this is will be the choice of hotel that you can opt for. the hotel itself if greatly maintained, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, we were escorted by the bell boy to carry our luggages to our room. since we were staying on the 23rd floor, the view of the city skyline is superb. the studio suite that we were staying is spacious, with attached kitchenette, bathroom, dining table, extra stereo set with clean and comfortable interior."

"Hotel Maya is absolutely unique and charming with Malaysian hospitalities, since the hotel interior designed is very attractive. Room is very big and functional for itself like bathroom is really wonderful, comfy bed and pillow also the atmosphere inside the room. Cleanliness is one of advantage point of this hotel not only room inside but almost everywhere in this hotel. Swimming pool (they called 'hydrotherapy pool') and Spa are very sanctuary, it's nice to pampers it for the relaxing time. Breakfast is awesome, varied choices and tasty! Hotel staff are OK for me. The location is really at the centre of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) but around 10-15 minutes to KLCC LRT Station and also Bukit Nanas monorail station. One thing that I think many people would concern is hotel location is beside by Islamic Cemetery BUT if you don't mind for that.,, Go ahead,, try HOTEL MAYA for once .,, and you would impress with this charming 5-star boutique hotel and I'm sure that HOTEL MAYA is one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur (that i have been to Kuala Lumpur many times) :)"

"I ADORE Ceria Hotel. Its my home when I am in Kuala Lumpur. I am reviewing it only because I dont forsee being in KL anytime soon and if I give it top reviews, the hotel will be overbooked. Its a FANTASTIC value for money hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur - behind one of the major shopping malls called Berjaya Times Square. The room is omg so lovely with its glass wall for the bathroom making your room look huge. The windows are from ceiling to floor, the tv channels include the movie channel, the staff is omg friendly AND sincere, the manager is dam hot hot hot and SEXY. Now that the cat is out of the bag, I just pray that they wont skyrocket the rates. If you are a sucker for overpriced glitz with no soul, look somewhere else. If you appreciate FAST wifi connections, a helpful staff, a hot and sexy hotel manager you could look at every day and dam gud value for money, think CERIA HOTEL where NHM stays when she is in KL. "

"Always stay here if I need a stopover hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The service is friendly and personable, the room smallish but with a very comfortable bed and a great clean modern compact bathroom. TV reception and wifi reception both good. Drinks/snacks in the lobby very reasonably priced and love the inner courtyard with it's lounges and umbrellas for a drink and to relax. Had breakfast here for the first time and it's a good spread with variety and choice. Would be even better if proper coffee would be included😀 So close to the airport and it's shops and if you have some spare time a free shuttle bus leaves from in front of exit airport to the DFS store complex. tip: try the Indian food at the NZ curry house diagonally from the hotel (at airport) . Will most definitely use TUNE hotel KLIA2 again when next in KL "
