"This is a brand new hotel and I believe is the only good choice to stay in Kulim Town, is located next to Tesco while the entire area is new, there is only few shops open beside Tesco while the rest are still empty, road site still have many construction items and foreigner workers hang around there… The door at the main entrance has to pull out instead of push in when you are carrying luggage wanted to check-in, is inconvenience to me. We booked Deluxe room but the room given is without window, you may need to take noted on this. My baby cried for the first hour we stay… the bath room is too big while limited amenities, the TV have no satellite channel… The breakfast serve in individual set and is good, I am quick impress of the restaurant is having good business for walk-in guest. After the trip, I still will recommend this hotel if you really want to stay in Kulim, while I just feel somethings is wrong… "

"My family and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Seri Malaysia over the course of six days. This is our 3rd trips to Kulim, and also the 3rd stay at Seri Malaysia Hotel. Above all, Mr Hisham Che Aman, the asst manager, is a highly customer service-oriented person. Mr Hisham's excellence service has really touched my heart. Once, during a morning breakfast, we said hello to him and my wife told him that that day was my birthday. Later in the evening, he sent a birthday cake to my room! it was a splendid surprise and reflected the rare piece of service from a manager. Well done Mr Hisham and my best wishes for Hotel Seri Malaysia. "
