I would recommend the Lazenda Hotel to any traveller type. I've stayed at two other hotels in Labuan on previous business trips, which were recommended by my Malaysian colleagues. On this visit, I decided to book through Agoda's list of member hotels. The Lazenda will definitely be my hotel of choice for future trips to Labuan.

Towels and toiletries provided. However no hair dryer and kettle/ minibar/ fridge. But that’s not a problem for us since it’s only a one night stay. Worth for the money. Transportation not a problem as There’s Grab service and the drivers normally gather near financial park so they will arrive within one or two minutes after booking.

The location is within walking distance to Labuan Ferry Terminal. Before we book this property we are aware that the hotel is situated at a noisy area surrounded with KTV places but eventually our night wasn't affected much by that. 2 stars missing from cleanliness because we found cockroach in the toilet. Otherwise the room condition is perfect. The staff is friendly...

Pros: Excellent location for nearby eateries, Labuan Weekend Market was just opposite the hotel (meaning you have to pass through a road) & one convenience store few blocks away. For those who love their nightlife, it's literally all behind the block (few meters away). The room was small but comfortable to sleep at (not complaining at all!) Cons: The only cons that I...

It's near the Labuan jetty, There is some food restaurant available nearby, After 8 all quiet but the karaoke makes the night happening. Forgot to mention you have to put in RM 100 as a guarantee but you'll get it back on check out. The room was a bit smelly upon arrival after a while no smells at all. Modern interior small yet just nice, no window. The front desk ...

Overall, our stay was pleasant, the room was comfortable, everything was working fine. The only problem was that the initial room that I booked was advertised as having twin double beds instead of twin single beds, therefore I felt misled. I did not receive any reply to my e-mail to double confirm about the beds but I booked the room anyway hoping that it has twin doub...

As a solo traveler I opted for a single room which cost me less than RM140 for a 2 night's stay. The hotel was located ideally at the far end of town near to the fishermen's boats which were anchored around the waters. From the hotel one can walk to the Central Market, the Mini Bus & Taxi Terminal, Day and Night Street Market, Duty Free Shops and the International Fe...

This is my first trip to Labuan. After very much thoughts I took the challenge of selecting this hotel and it was truly worth for money. I would definitely recommend this to my company and fellow friends. Hoping to be there once again maybe by year end (if possible). A perfect atmosphere to relax both physically and mind, I felt I am at home all the way. Cheers

Need a lot of improvement in tourism. Need clearance/cleaning works on the beaches. Nice beaches but lots of rubbish (according to locals its due to the season).
Labuan is not a big city. Just by staying one or two days at Labuan will be able to make you round the whole Labuan.
need to aware that the schedule for ferry and speed Boot from labuan to brunei(muara) and Muara (brunei to Labuan jetty is NOT fixed and unable to book in advance ONLY availble to buy same day.
Labuan is a workers city. Lot of fly in fly out workers so hard to find accommodation. No shops tempted me to go shopping in.
If you prefer eat rice, guess Restaurant Pulau Labuan located at Hotel Pulau Labuan 2 is the best choice.
If you are looking to kick back and relax i would recomend 3 - 5 nights at Palm Beach Resort but there really isn't that much to see here especially without a car.
There's really nothing much you can do at Labuan. But, that means more time for you to just chill around :)
Come to relax becuase this not a place with much to do. If to want to just wind down it is a good place to enjoy.
Free Tax place, if like to drink alcohol in Malaysia, it is the cheapest place with plenty of differance brands and kinds of selection.
It is a duty free town, basically the wine or alcohol are consider cheap with compare with other state.
Beaches in Labuan is fantastics, Very beautifull. It is a small island, u only need 45 minutes to have one fast trip by car.
45 mins drive and you will have circled the whole island. Very laid back sightseeing. There are entertainments at karaoke joints, discotheques and bars.
Small but peaceful island. Has quiet 3 sandy beaches. If you come hear for holiday you must stay at Palm Beach & Resort otherwise only one day would enough for you.
It is a small island but as it is a duty free place drinks for nightlife is very cheap compared to other places in Malaysia.
Beautiful and romantic scenery with trees and coastal path - it's also a friendly and peaceful place.
Nice relaxed small island with a reasonable infrastructure and good places to stay. Close to Sabah and Brunei and by air to the rest of Malaysia
One of the most cleanest, safe and peaceful. Check out the local fruits - Buah terap, membangan, tampoi and belunu, only found in Labuan and Sabah.
Small town, less then 100k people, less than 100 km long island. Paradise for sailors: cheap food, cheapest booth I ever seen been sold in so called duty free shops.
Labuan is just a small town but if you want to release your day to day stress, come over and stay in Labuan
Labuan is a very nice clean and well maintained island, government employees maintain the gardens, parks and public areas, there are things to do for all ages, sightseeing, health and fitness, shopping, dining and nightlife, there are some excellent sea-food restaurants and very reasonably priced, because the island is a tax and duty free territory of Malaysia, many many bargains can be found in the numerous duty free shops, the local people are very nice and accommodating to the foreigners, you can also take ferry transport to visit Brunei or Kota Kinabalu from Labuan.
people here are honest and friendly. you can trust if you left something by mistake you can get it back.
