"Room was not great. Sink was clogged, bathtub dripping, it was a non smoking and still smelled bad, the iron wasn't working, there was not toilet paper when I arrived... Also, when reserved the hotel through the app, I picked an specific type of room and when I arrived to the hotel, receptionist told me I didn't select what type of room I wanted and that she was gonna try to pick a good one for me (and my guests). That is not something I want to hear when I arrive into a hotel. Staff was so gentle tho but I was just expecting more from the facilities since it's not the first time I stay in a Extended Stay hotel. "

"I was charged for this room when I was not allowed to stay here. I went to check in and they would not let me because I am not 21yrs old. Agonda should have stated that there was a age requirement before allowing me to book the room. The guy at the front desk said that they would not charge me and yet they still did. I would like my money back. I am highly dissatisfied with both that hotel and Agonda. "
