I was charged for this room when I was not allowed to stay here. I went to check in and they would not let me because I am not 21yrs old. Agonda should have stated that there was a age requirement before allowing me to book the room. The guy at the front desk said that they would not charge me and yet they still did. I would like my money back. I am highly dissati...
Because agoda and sleep in were not on the same page as to my room being prepaid it took us over a hour to check in. And trying to contact agoda was very frustrating. finally and thankful the manager of the hotel let us check in and took care of the problem later. After all that my hotel stay was very nice and I would stay there again.
Room was not great. Sink was clogged, bathtub dripping, it was a non smoking and still smelled bad, the iron wasn't working, there was not toilet paper when I arrived... Also, when reserved the hotel through the app, I picked an specific type of room and when I arrived to the hotel, receptionist told me I didn't select what type of room I wanted and that she was gonna...
