The location is perfect, a small relatively quiet side street. Cafés 50 meters walk, beach and promenade 2 minute casual walk away with any restaurant or cafe, bar you would want. Supermarket and laundromat similar distance. Guest parking in front of hotel. Very helpful staff. Had issue with TV - they fixed immediately. Room is cleaned daily. Everything worked well...

Great value beachfront apartment...large rooms with balcony, direct view to ocean, good wifi and aircon, beach and restaurants at doorstep. Hotel also very helpful to book day tours with main bus stop at front door (buses both for tours and Inter-city)...would definitely stay again as other Cyprus beachfronts too crowded and noisy, but Larnaca is quiet and friendly......

We've stayed twice. It has a great location in the old town, close to the beachfront. The apartments are very comfortable with good facilities. Very good wifi. Demetris, who runs Lakis Court, speaks perfect English and is very helpful. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect ! EXCEPT that there is construction of a new tower just in front....so for the next year...dont go there if you plan to sleep after 7h00AM !!! :-) everything else was perfect
