"Everything about this place is likable, all the details are thought through. I also liked how affordable it is. Pros: Lovely and relaxing place, complete amenities, accommodating staff, offers ATV, drink bar that opens at night, they have a restaurant (limited menu) Cons: A bit far off from the city center and tricycles are limited to go to and from the malls >staff need better coordination (ex. they don't know what time the receptionist will come, or the person in charge of the cleaning was not informed that a room became available so she wasn't able to accommodate other guests) > their booking system also has issues. For walk-in they do the 12 or 24 hour accommodation, while for online booking via 3rd party platforms (ie. Agoda) they only do the standard 2pm-12noon. It's highly likely that 2 bookings will overlap (it happened to us, we got there 2pm, but our room won't be available until 6:30 pm. good thing we were allowed to stay at a different room so we can rest a bit)"

"Great place to stay and very value for money, we booked and checked-in at one (1) standard room only for 1 night but i think we were upgraded into a deluxe room? Early checked-in also is pumayag sila nung time namin when we arrived at 10:30 AM, nagikot ikot muna kami sa Legazpi at tumawag na lang sila at pumayag na mag early checkin kami at around 12:30 PM. Location for me is also good, nasa gitna lang sya nung mga iteneraries namin. In the north of the hotel are the cagsawa ruins, lignon hill, sumlang lake and the wildlife park. Sa baba naman is the legazpi city proper (embarcadero, pacific mall complex, sm legazpi and legazpi grand central terminal). Walking distance lang din sa baba yung napakagandang Daraga Church at Daraga Town Proper. Puro Jeep lang ang transpo namin kaya nakatipid kami, no need sa mga special trip ng Tricycle. Hehe. The breakfase is also good, i suggest lang baka pwedeng dagdagan pa ng two-three more options."

"Stayed here from our trip to Caramoan. I was originally looking for a room at another hotel when I saw Lotus Blu. Becoz of its competitive price points, I decided to book this hotel. Aside from the price, it is at the center of the city, near to the grand terminal, airport, malls and restaurants. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and I was surprised that they offer free airport transfer. The manager should make sure that the housekeeping maintains high level of cleanliness. Overall, I will recommend this hotel in Legazpi City!"

"my father and i checked-in in a standard room of the hotel venezia at the renaissance gardens in legazpi city, just five minutes away from the airport. so far, this is the best hotel we have been to in legazpi city. other hotels i’ve tried in the past include legaspi tourist inn, legazpi airport hotel, hotel st. ellis, ellis ecotel, and la piazza hotel and convention center. although their standard room for two is small, we enjoyed our two-day stay in this elegant hotel. i will definitely come back in this hotel and hopefully next time i’ll be able to avail the misibis bay day tour. here’s more of what i love about hotel venezia: a. the hotel staff respond to your requests immediately. b. they positively grant my request for a special room since i requested for a ground floor room because my father is a senior citizen. c. i love the food and the ambience of caffe san marco. buffet lunch and dinner are very affordable. it will cost you less than p500.00 per head to have a buffet lunch/dinner. they have live acoustic music live on a saturday night. d. the receptionists are very courteous, accommodating, and always give a smile. she (receptionist on-duty) is very kind enough to call for a tricycle whenever we will go out of the hotel. she also gives opinions regarding inquiries on what to see in legazpi city and how to get to places and landmarks within the area. e. the pili products which i bought in the pasalubong section located in the lobby area are delicious. f. the elegant design of the room interiors is simply relaxing. it makes me feel i’m not in legazpi city. moreover, i’m impressed that our room has a vault where i can leave my valuables. g. the complimentary dessert given during our last night at the hotel was surprising and made me smile."
