"Hostel is perfectly located in Leipzig, right next to the MdbK, markt, and a large shopping mall. Hostel itself is probably the best I have ever been in, with extremely clean room and bathroom. Design is very modern and aesthetic. Wonderful facilities like a great lounge area and large kitchen with a great assortment of cookware and appliances. I wish all hostels were on the level it Groners! "

"Unfortunately, I had the worst hotel experience in Hotel Vienna House Easy Leipzig... Although it was autumn, it was really cold day but they said they can't turn on the heating system because it's not winter... and I could not sleep at all due to cold air for two days... really not at all and I asked them please let me sleep and finally they started heating system on my third day. I also experienced very rude staff and I still cannot believe that they can be so rude to customers... However, David was very kind and helpful. Other than that, Sorry, I won't recommend this hotel at all..."
