"Hello. I made a reservation for saturday 21.12.19. I checked in with my wife at almost midnight. We are from paphos and we had a party in limassol so decided to stay in limassol instead of driving back. At Sunday 7 o'clock innthe morning a very loud noise started. It was a hammer. We called the reception and they told us they that they will look into it. After half hour the noise was still very loud so we decided to go for breakfast. We stayed on 3rd floor and went to the 4th on our own to check was the noise was. The whole 4th floor was under renovation. I have photos of the renovation and voice recorder of the noise. We went for breakfast and then from the reception. We disgust with the receptionist and he was acting like he knew nothing about a whole floor renovation. In the end he set i will see what i can do. We fixed our staff and went for check out. The only thing the receptionist said was sorry for the trouble. We went to relax and we left with s headache. This is Ajax hotel!!"

"The hotel itself is very nice, the lobby, lounge bar and swimming pool are 5 stars and breakfast is very good. Room was basic but clean with a nice balcony, the bed was uncomfortable. We found the service at times very good and other times not professional enough. For example, it was the first time i ever had to carry all my suitcases by myself to the room, no one offered help. When we arrived to the room it wasn't ready and the cleaning team asked us to stand in the hallway for a few minutes until they finish arranging the room. It's not that bad, but when i examine a 5 stars hotel these things should not happen, especially as these were upon arrival and ruined the mood a little bit. I would recommend staying here if what's important to you are the hotel facilities which were top notch. "
