Very nice hotel in the middel of the skiing resort, the staff were very helpfull

We stayed there for 7 nights. It was absolutely amazing! Not only this town is a heaven for both beginner skiers and more advanced ones, it is tax-free, which makes the prices definitly reasonable (food, alcohol, etc.). This hotel is a hidden jem in the middle of it. It is close to several great restaurants and bars (+apre skis), some of the lifts are barely 2-5 min aw...
Perfect place for a relaxing week-end. Very very friendly staff and super Spa!
The hotel is family owned, the staff is friendly. We had a clean and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. Parking is convenient, just across the street. The town, Livigno, has some outlet stores for those who like shopping. Livigno is also a short drive away from Swiss National Park, so the hotel is a great alternative to staying in Zernez.
No Duvet Blanket, No International TV Channels & Waiter overcharged us a meal even though we specifically mentionned 5 instead of 6 Salad Buffet. Overall, we had a good sleep.
It was a nice experience. Parking was located beside the hotel. A Staff was every helpful in every detail we ask for. Located in the center of Livigno it's easy to go anywhere by foot from here. At night you get a very good sleep cause it's very quiet. Room is on the smaller side but clean.

Hotel Alegra provides a warmth feeling due to its spacious and confortable rooms, extremelly friendly staff and amazing food. My stay there was perfect, and I would go back for skying and leisure for sure.
