"Booked three nights and very pleased to stay there. Cesare, the manager, was very kind and helpful with any request and hints on where to go (he moved to Indonesia from Italy twenty years ago). He was also responsible for the interior design of the hotel: a wonderful work indeed. Rooms are very large, quiet, with great class touches (the marble floors and the stone showers, to name a few). No inroom Wifi yet, but in all common areas it works greatly and it's included, as breakfast (go for the state of the art banana pancake). Service was great too as they made our room twice a day. Pool is really nice too but most important, three meters from the entrance there is a nice private beach with the well known great Trawangan sea. I know where to stay when I'm back to Gili T."

"We had an extra bed added which meant there wasn’t a huge amount of space. Room was fine with furniture to put things in. Really liked the fact that they refilled glass bottles for the room - very eco friendly as no plastic used. Setting for the bungalows is really pretty and staff maintain the area well. Pool area was lovely with enough sun loungers and some really comfy circular beds. However, chemicals in the pool turn swimwear and goggles green! Breakfast was tasty but was often lukewarm. The pancakes came out hot and they were delicious so I’d recommend them. Meant to be in front of the best snorkelling spot on the island but was disappointed with this. Saw mostly dead coral, a few fish and no turtles. Having just come from Gili T where we regularly saw 4+ turtles snorkelling at turtle point from the beach, this was disappointing. For most of the day, there is no beach in front of the hotel as the tide is so high. You have to walk further up to get beach outside Scallywags. Highly recommend the bbq at Scallywags - the unlimited salad with an bbq purchase is amazing - so many tasty choices. We hired bikes to cycle round the island but quickly realised this wasn’t the best idea as deeper sand in many places makes it impossible to cycle parts of the circumference. Bikes are great to explore inland though. Overall the hotel was fine, but we deliberately booked it for beach front location so disappointed by the fact there was no beach outside. If I’d have known, I would have booked a cheaper place a short walk in land. "

"Not sure if it's how the hotels in Lombok or gili islands work, but I think all the places we stay are a little lack of maintenance. Flies are everywhere with us when we had breakfast by the poolside, but it seems it's quite common in Lombok. Not much choices available for breakfast. They don't provide some toiletries especially the dental kit which I consider to be ESSENTIAL. For the other two hotels I stayed( which is priced at half of the price for Nero), they provide all the essential things needed. Quite disappointed as we have to buy our own set. We have leaking (and rusted) pipes in our bathroom. But is then fixed after informing the receptionist. They do provide free bicycle which may be useful for many. The only pros is on the attitude of staff, which feels very welcoming. And they really attend to all the needs required. Thumbs up to the staffs! But I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel, because there are too many lacking parts."

Great room, very clean, good quality linens, big towels and large pool. Bust the most important thing, amazing staff that were like goos friends and helped us with everything we needed. We'll be back for sure!"

"We stayed at Ke Rensia for 3 nights in July 2018. From the moment you arrive, Kamile the owner does a great job of welcoming you and also gives you an orientation of the island which was very helpful. She also makes some recommendations for where to eat and what to do which was great. The villa is beautiful, all new and very clean. The private plunge pool is nice because it does get quite hot there. The location is pretty much in the center of the island which is both good and bad. Good, because it's equidistant to any side of the island and the free use of the bicycles lets you get there in 5 minutes. Bad (and not really that bad) because it's a bit of a walk at night in the dark from any of the beaches. Also there is a large public address speaker nearby so you will hear prayers at 8:00pm and at 5:00am. The Villa does however thoughtfully provide earplugs for light sleepers. Overall it is a beautiful place to stay which is nicer than the normal places available!"

"This place is brand new and is superb. From the the great comfortable rooms and excellent friendly staff to the awesome guitar shaped pool and location to everything you need. They have free breakfast, it is basic but it's made with care and the juice is delicious, try the pineapple crepe with chocolate sauce. I would definitely recommend this as a place to staff in Kuta Lombok. "

"This was by far one of our favorite locations during our trip to Bali/Lombok. The staff, especially Zaen, were incredible. The property was spotless and relaxing. The food options included some of the best meals we had, and the free breakfast was better then you could get in most of the restaurants on the island (the poke dinner bowl was our favorite though). Also, the drinks and min bar were clutch. As far as the room/villa we stayed in, it was pure bliss. Private and secluded, yet open and exotic. almost 360 window view of the private pool and lounge area. The outdoor shower was a great touch, and the AC was a godsend. The location was somewhat far from the attractions but smack dab in the middle of the island making it easy to get from the sunset side to "party side'. It also helped the MAJO had bikes we could use to get around for free. Can't recommend this place enough!"

"The bungalows are new and the bathroom is amazing. Every guest gets an own bike as the hotel is a short 3 minute ride to the beach. The breakfast is superb and you can choose between pancakes, nasi goreng, mie goreng, cornflakes, muesli, fruits, toast with fresh eggs, fresh juices. Coffee and tea is available for free. The wifi works great as every room has an own router to connect to. Aircon is also very good. 10/10 would stay again. However the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are the nicest people I met in Indonesia and they will try to help you with everything. We got help  with the organization of a driver to kuta lombok at a very reasonable price. Visit this hotel it's absolutely worth it. "
