"Never expect to have a nice and comfortable hotel in Lopburi. The room is large but more toilet amenities would be good such as shower cap or liquid soap. The hotel location is convenient, but beware of small lane entrance from the main road. Thai buffet breakfast is simple but good taste with variety of choices. ABF is plain for eggs, bacon and sausages. "

"The room is nice and clean, simple nice set up and huge bathroom. What I really don't like is the hotel or house keeping spray the room after cleaning or before check check-in. I hate that smell and didn't find this smell is pleasant for the guest. I don't think they put me in Smoking room and all room has terrace. So I don't see any reason to spray the room, I think if they can develop this will be better unless the room got effected form any smell then the hotel can offer guest this solution. It not a refreshing fresh spray smell, it a bit ugly flower spray smell. Finally I ask front desk to change the room when out for dinner, but doesn't help much as they keep do this in all room. "

"Whenever we see there is a Hop Inn in town, I always check Inn there because I know it will be super clean, modern and I will sleep like a baby in their comfortable bed. Here the hotel is a bit outside of town, but mosts are. Taxis from downtown lopburi are expensive (250 bahts) but you can take one of the local bus (more like a pick up) which costs 20 bahts. It is really easy, just stand alongside the road and hail one when you see one. Tell them where you go and when you reach your destination push on the stop button. "

"as a 12 year resident of thailand, i have the opportunity to travel extensively in country. this hotel is exactly my kind of place to stay - parking right at your front door. no need to go through a lobby with a million eyes staring at you day and night. the hot water is wonderful (boiler system not a small electric water heater like most places) and you can have endless baths in the big tub. the a/c works even while you're out which is nice - no need to come back to a hot and stuffy room. the rates on agoda are the way to go - you can book for around 900 thb versus the walk-in rack rate of and up they advertise at the front desk. i had to extend my stay a few times while here and just booked online with agoda each time and kept my same room the entire stay. internet is not free, but at 100 baht for a 24 hour voucher it's not a bad deal either - some thai hotels charge that much per hour! all in all, a nice place to stay in lopburi. didn't get a chance to use the pool but looks nice and lots of foreigners hanging out enjoying the water. only downside is the doors close very, very loudly and i addressed this issue through a customer comment card - hope they can do something to fix that as it will wake you up if you're a light sleeper."
