Dear, Here is our sincere review or comments. First of all, we would like to thanks to miss Linda becuse of her helping us on our booking payment problem through agoda. Since we had problem with the payment, she manage to help us to check with agoda regarding the payment. She had called the agoda & help us until we solved the payment problem. Beside that, she helps us a lot with other metters such as, reception (check in & check out), rooms & facilities. She served us with rich smiles & friendly. Others, the staffs also friendly & very helpful from the reception until at pool side. The food also delicious. Room is very clean and manageble. We had very beautiful moments at Swiss Garden Lumut. We had our 2nd holiday at Swiss Garden Lumut on 08/09/2018 - 10/09/2018. Before that, we had once on 06/2018. We are very enjoy until we planned to come here again. Thank you. Best regards,

I have enjoyed my stay here very much. With comfortable bed, spacious space living room and kitchen cabinet.. Overall a complete package you wanted in an apartment. many shopping mall (Jusco, Tesco, Giant, Billion) located just 5-10 minutes away by car. Plus, Marina jetty is so close located(5 minutes top) from the resort for anyone who wish to visit Pangkor Island.No more needs to go to Lumut jetty! A bonus point, they have a waterpark just beside the resort! It's so entertaining to play with kids and family. Will recommend this resort to family and friends and when come again if need to stay.

We booked into 2-rooms units with a lounge, This is perfect for family group boarding. Clean rooms and no mold smell as it has cermaic floor. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Recommended for families who want to explore Pangkor-Lumut-Sitiawan within 2-days-1-night duration. However it is basically a hotel and not resort (limimited in-house resort facilities). However the beautiful and clean Telok Batik Beach is just 5-minutes walk distance and in front of the hotel.

Family Suite • The room located at the end block which have a little bit of sea view and building view. • Connecting room with 2 king beds and 1 single bed. • Tiny room but enough for 6 person + 3 childs. So cannot talk loud if you want some privacy. • Personal daikin aircond which is good because we can control the temperature. • Tv signal is quite poor. Pro 1) Nice and clean 2) Smell good 3) Walking distance - Lumut jetty , Pengkalan TLDM , Bazar Lumut 4) Cheap RM206-27 through Agoda 5) 10-15 minutes to Teluk Batik and 20-25 minutes to Teluk Senangin 6) Cafe and restaurant within walking distance 7) For family suite, breakfast provided gor 5 persons. Cons 1) Deposit of RM100 2) Tiny room but still have enough space for prayers 3) Quite hard to get parking since have a few hotels nearby + people park their car to avoid pay parking for those who go to Pulau Pangkor 4) No wardrobe & hanger 5) No shoes rack

We travelled 4 hours from Kuala Lumpur to reach the hotel. On the way we stop at Bota Kiri to experience the taste of "durian kampong" and other local fruits. We visited "tuntung" conservation centre which I was informed the only one in Malaysia. Next we spent our time at Teluk Batik beach which is popular spot picnic for local (because of the flat beach, and save for kids). We are quite tired but find out that the hotel is easy to assess and located at the centre of the beautiful and famous town, Lumut. No comments about the hotel, everything is good from reception, room service and food, ,,all good. At night we spent our time shopping at souvenir bazar, and market just beside the hotel. Very interesting. Next day we take a boat/ferry just infront of the hotel to Pulau Pangkor, the most popular tourist spot in Perak. Thank You.

Clean rooms, cold AC and really friendly staff are the main plus points of this hotels - plus its proximity to several convenience stores and eatery. Free parking for guests is provided beside the hotel, and a lift for the ease of users in higher floors. However, the furniture has begun to show some visible wear and tear, plus the towels are quite old and should be considered for replacement. But nonetheless, rooms are provided with many amenities such as a kettle, a big LED TV, mini fridge, a comprehensive toiletry set. Special thanks goes out to Ms Sasi - friendly, efficient and helpful front desk personnel making my stay at Morning Bukit Permata Lumut an enjoyable one. Keep up the great work!

photos from Agoda was misleading. it looks almost run down. we took an executive superior room which comes with breakfast. however, breaksfast is only provided for 2 people and child above the age of 4 have to pay for the breakfast. I wonder if this is the norm as my child is 5 years old. nevertheless we paid RM9 and we were shown photos of the set available. however the actual food was far from what was shown in the photo and is worth way much lesser,probably fit for RM3. AND in order fo us to get back the rm50 deposit we were required to personally return the remote control as well as the receptionist. I have stayed in budget hotel with far more value than this place. we decided to stay here impromptu. I would suggest to pay a little more to stay at much comfortable place elsewhere,

It was our first time in Lumut. Chose to stay in town rather than staying on the Pangkor island because we would like to explore. It was near to food place, jetty, tourism office and souvenir shops. Overall great experience and a plus point with the cleanliness of the hotel and walked everywhere. Then took a ferry ride into the island for a day trip. It was easy and smooth.

For the second time, we booked the same Superior Family room. And the room is really comfortable, with two queen size beds that can actually fit four people per bed. The room is very clean, so is the toilet. The only downside is that the next door shop lot was doing a renovation and it was extremely noisy although it only lasted till the evening, but still you wake up to the insane noise. The aircond also broke the night we were there. Broke as in it probably got frozen and the water started dripping out of the aircond. But if it's fixed, everything else is okay. Almost perfect :D

Was looking for a getaway for a couple of days and needed a base from which to explore nearby Sitiawan. Opted for Lumut for the simple reason I've never stayed there. Found a great offer on Agoda and made a booking for one night and eventually added a second night. The hotel is not actually in town: it's about 1.5 km away which is nothing by car. In a row of 2 or 3 other hotels, more conveniently, there's a restaurant next door which also does the room service, as well as a new pub next to that. I tried the food at the restaurant and finding it very appetising indeed, proceeded to have two more meals there. The pub at the corner is a new addition and although quite empty of patrons is comfy. Large screen TVs, a pool table and you can have your meals here too if you like. The hotel itself looks much newer than its two and a half years. I honestly thought it was brand new, hence there only being one review on Agoda. Turns out they just joined Agoda. The room is spacious enough and well appointed enough. Complimentary water, a hairdryer, TV, free wifi complete a package that is very good value. What I liked best though was the staff - always quite friendly and approachable. Quick with a greeting and to offer help and suggestions. If you're looking for a place to stay in Lumut, and don't mind being away from the town centre, I would recommend Daddys Inn without hesitation. Oh, and the food next door too.

We were so happy&grateful that we choose this condo.it is nearby to the lumut waterfront.we got a 3bedroom condo with sea view.it is totally worth it.my kids had such a wonderful experience here&they were so happy eventhough we stay only for 1night.the pool also clean.the only thing that annoyed us is the elevator.only 1elevator function&it is a very small elevator.imagine when we stay at 10th floor&have to wait for 10minutes just to get into the elevator after check out.

i checked in about 12midnite. i am not that thrill checking in into a hotel that was converted from shoplot houses. *based on my previous experience. the reception lounge was ok.... i need to give a rm50 deposit although i have paid in full through agoda. anyway it is their procedure so i just follow. i went to my room and the hotel uses scanned keycard to open their door which is pretty hi-tech for a 1star hotel. anyway i went into the room, and it was nicely design, another unexpected thing to come from a 1 star hotel. it was clean, smells nice too. lcd tvs and they actually have many channels. but they don't provide breakfast though. well you all should get the point. i totally recommends this hotel as to compare to other hotel in lumut or teluk batik which i stayed before.

For a budget hotel it was unexpectedly good and worth every price we pay. Everything looks new. Went there for Lumut annual event for cycling race and spent a night there which ended up 2 nights instead. Close to shops and town area but located in a slightly quiet part of Lumut. Jetty to Pangkor only about 10 mins drive away. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be one of the top hotels to stay when we're in Lumut again.

The host is helpful and efficient. I managed to call and whatsapp him on the check in day itself, and his response was fast. It is also good that he is living not far from the vacation home. The home itself is very tastefully decorated, beds are comfy...my 2 children had a blast playing at the patio which is decorated as if an outdoor location. My parents love their room, located downstairs complete with attached bathroom and with simple yet romantic decor. (We have 5 adults in our group and 2 young children. The space is comfotable for all of us). The whole house is decorated in minimalist setting, very chic and comfy. And the location is very near to the Lumut waterfront/Lumut town, as well as to Teluk Batik recreation beach. The wifi provided is quite fast. And while we are not encouraged to cook, the kitchen has the typical amenities and cutleries to have your takeaway meals comfortably there. Just need to be careful (if you have young children) as the staircase are quite narrow. And as this is a vacation home, no breakfast is provided and also you must have your own car for movement. All in all; this is a very good stay for us. Will stay here again when we balik kampung..

The walls are thin, the rooms are musty, but the place is totally acceptable for an inexpensive and convenient night's stay in Lumut, gateway to the fantastic Pangkor Island. The price is right and the bed is comfortable, which is all you need.friendly staff. nice breakfast. car park, parking at ur own risk. beware bird if parking there. there's little door behind the hotel access to garden & nice path (trees & sea breeze) enjoy everytime walk to port jetty (10min). but i quite get scared here. there's someone next door knocked the mid door. maybe this is usual, but i still need time to get used to it. then the fire alarm rang in midnight for 5mins. luckily there's ntg happen. the swimming pool, i got no appetite for it(whitish). but overall is still okie.

Pros: - very large home - spacious living room - comfortable queen bed in all three rooms - aircond in each room (but only one functions perfectly) - good location, near to laundry and 7E across the road - has a bathroom in every room and one in the kitchen (4 in total) - Towels provided in each room - Has a lot of extra pillows Cons: - Not well maintained - None of the TV works - No WiFi - Quite dirty and dusty - 2 bathrooms have no water - No soap or shampoo provided Overall, this homestay has a lot of potential considering its size and the price we pay for it. But it is poorly maintained bcs it is run by a hotel which is about 1KM away, therefore there's no daily housekeeping. But we only needed to stay for one night so it's bearable. If you plan to stay here, please bring your own toiletries, and Ridsect (if you're bringing food) bcs there's a lot of ants. You might want to consider other hotels if you're looking for comfort.

During my 3 days and 2night stay here. My family and I was really comfort. The family room was spacious. The location was quiet and suitable for family with younger children. They don't provide breakfast but if u have vehicles its not much trouble. There are plenty of warung and restaurant where you can find foods. It was located between sitiawan and lumut. If u have bussiness in sitiawan but at the same time u want to stay at lumut this was the best place. There are 2 other hotel next to this hotel.

Everything is just average. It is a condo that is not well maintain. What you get in the room is not standardized, it all depends on the unit owner I think, because I booked 2 rooms, one is better than the other in term of the furniture and tv. That is why you see mixed review for this property, it all depends on your luck on which you unit you get. I booked for 2 units of seaview studio but, both the views are blocked by trees.
