"We were not happy with the cleanliness of the hotel or the breakfast serve where the individuals handled cooked food by hand without gloves or washing. We ended up leaving the hotel a day early and going to another Ramada in Pigion Forge. "

"Room and bed was comfortable and clean. The plastic linings of the lamp shades were plastic and cracked and needed to be replaced. The room door needed an extra pull to engage the lock. We came back after a repair to the bathroom light to find the door was not locked. So be sure to check that your room door lock has engaged from inside and outside. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also complete. We would stay here again."
