Savoy Hotel Manila (Multiple-Use Hotel)
Pasay,Manila - View on map
"Stayed in this hotel for three times already, and I will definitely come back again . The location is good, just across NAIA terminal 3 (they provide a free shuttle bus every hour from the airport to the hotel. You can find the buses at the arrival gate at the ground floor of the airport). There are some restaurants around the area, spa, nail salons, dental clinic, pharmacy store, laundry shop , walking distance to resorts world wherein there’s also a small shopping mall, there is a near supermarket as well. The breakfast buffet is good, and you won’t get sick of the options because everyday they change the choices. The staffs were also amazing! I left my watch in the room during my first stay and they notified me and gave it back. On my third stay, I asked my mom to wait for me at the hotel since I’ll only arrive in the Philippines after a very long flight and they assisted my mom and allowed her to check-in early while waiting for me to land in Manila. Every time I go back to Manila, I choose this hotel and I highly recommend it. "

Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City
Pasay,Manila - View on map
"This is a great airport hotel in Manila. The domestic terminal (Terminal 3) is right across the street (can't walk to it, however). Terminal 1 (international) and Terminal 2 (Philippine Airlines) is just down the road. As long as traffic isn't bad, it should take too long to get to T1 or T2. A free airport shuttle is available on-the-hour 24 hours a day. Note that there is a separate bus for each terminal. The hotel is also right next to Resort World and Casino, which has a shopping mall, casino, and slew of up-scale restaurants. A 7-11 and McDonald's is also at the base of the hotel. Check-in and out was very easy. The staff are very helpful. They even helped me print a document for free. The rooms are a bit small, so if you have a lot of baggage, the room might feel a little cramped. The internet is ok for Philippine standards. The only major issue with the hotel is the noise. With major construction on one side and busy roads on the other sides, it's not the quietest of environments. A high floor room might be better. Overall, it's a nice hotel that feels new and modern. I'd stay again. Once all the construction is done in the area, it will be better."

Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila - Leisure Hotel
Manila Bay,Manila - View on map
"Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Golden Phoenix Hotel. During our month long vacation in the Philippines, we went on several trips outside of Manila but always came back to stay at the Golden Phoenix Hotel for a total of four stays! I think that’s proof enough of how much we liked this hotel. The best part during each stay is the entire hotel staff. They are all so accommodating, friendly and always ready with a smile. The daily breakfast buffet is averaged with some variety but the service is great! Having the Sea Residences across the hotel, guests can avail themselves of the various restaurants, salons, Thai massage, laundry (really cheap!) and other services. Each time we checked in to the hotel, we’ve always been happy with the cleanliness of the rooms that we got. To top it off, this hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the Mall if Asia. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

Prince Plaza II Condotel
Makati,Manila - View on map
" Staying at Prince Plaza II is a relaxing experience. Rooms are equipped with amenities which make you feel you are home. In the room is a kitchen with the necessary kitchen utensils and dinnerware. If you don't feel like going out, you can prepare your own meal and fill up the small refrigerator with your favorite snacks and drinks. You can go shopping at the classy malls like the Greenbelt and Glorietta. Nearby department stores like SM and Landmark is just a stones throw away so you can just take a walk. You have a choice of dining places all around the place. Important place I frequent during my stay is a small chapel within the Greenbelt area. Name it and everything is accessible nearby. Everytime I take a vacation in my hometown Cebu City I always spend some days in Manila and stay at the Prince Plaza II to experience some relaxing time and enjoyment being at a very convenient and nice hotel. Price is affordable. I always encourage my friends to visit the Philippines and choose Prince Plaza for a great vacation."

Belmont Hotel Manila - Multiple Use Hotel
Pasay,Manila - View on map
"This is one of the pricier hotels in Manila as it's near the international airport. My favorite thing about our stay in the hotel was the rooftop view from the top floor of the hotel where the pool was also located. You can lounge there while enjoying the view. They also have a sauna and a gym. The staff was also very helpful. They immediately helped me when I got locked out of my room because the automatic doorknob needed a change in battery. The food at the restaurant was delectable. There's a Starbucks on the same building of the hotel and there are a couple other restaurants around the Resorts World area which are easily accessible from the hotel. This hotel accommodated our last minute booking because our supposed first booking at another hotel also got cancelled last minute. Anyway, this hotel turned out to be better than we've expected and it's a great value for your money."

Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila (Staycation and Multi-use Hotel)
Manila Bay,Manila - View on map
"i thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay at the sofitel philippine plaza manila hotel. i have traveled all over europe from london to the netherlands, germany, lithuania, thailand and finally manila and i have to say this is the most luxurious hotel i have visited during my month long journey. although a little pricier than some of the other hotels in the area it is still a great bargain as i booked through agoda.com. i had a room with both a view of manila bay and the city skyline as well as a perfect view of the incredible swimming pool. it was incredible and i just have to say the food is delicious and affordable for the quality and presentation. i did not eat in the restaurants but constantly ordered room service and it was amazing. you have to try to mango cheesecake and the creme brulee...you will thank me later...i promise. the staff is great and always check on you to make sure all your needs are met. this place was wonderful and if my travels ever bring me back to manila then this is definitely where i will be staying! i have only one bad thing to say and it is minor but could be a major factor some...you have to pay $7.00 per day usd for internet access in a day where even mcdonalds offers free hi speed internet access this is a very poor decision on the part of the hotel. as much as i enjoyed the hotel i have to admit that if i had known this before booking i would not have made the reservation. this is just my personal opinion but to the management i would reconsider your internet policy especially for a hotel in manila with such a higher price point. so that being said i just want to make sure travelers that are tied to their tablets and notebooks take this into consideration. they do i believe offer free wi fi in the lobby area but who wants to trek down to the lobby when you should be able to lounge in the room pajama style with a nice cup of coffee while catching up on the days business at hand. Copacabana Apartment Hotel – (Staycation is Allowed)
Pasay,Manila - View on map
"As Manila is far from being a beautiful city, we decided to find a nice hotel. The district is not the best but the hotel is nice, Deluxe rooms are veeery big and comfortable, we enjoyed it enormously, we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Internet is a bit expensive and not very practical, as you have to pay for every device or use one at a time. For the facilities and the comfort, I would say this hotel is more 4-star than 3-star. The staff is nice but not very practical, everyone has to wait until 2 PM to check-in, so at that time the hotel is full of people, even families with children have to wait until that time. Things would be much better if all the burocracy is completed on your arrival and you are given the key at 2 PM instead of waiting until 2PM to start the whole process."
