Good location only few hundred meters away from Marina state beach and 10-15 min. drive to Monterey. Good breakfast selection (pancake machine, waffles, different types of cereals, eggs etc.). Fast Internet and plenty of parking.
The resort was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better suite. The beach and bonfire were right behind us -- absolutely the best location!
Our room was very large and quite clean. There was a bit of a musty smell at first, but I didn't notice it after the first few minutes. It was comfortable and more than met our needs. Breakfast was not that great. Some of the bacon and sausage didn't seem cooked all the way through. We were glad there was some yogurt and eggs and fruit in addition to the carbs. B...
The only con I can think of is the TV was a little small. The room was so nice. A small table for games or food, a desk, microwave, mini fridge (super cold, unlike other hotels), coffee pot, and a nice oversized sofa. Great experience and the kiddos had so much fun!
