"At first, we got the room which was not cleaned. It was like someone just had got up from the bed. The TV was on and the ash cup was full of ashes. After we had protested we got another room. There was only one set of towels for 2 persons. And even this one was not full set. There were the holes in the blanc it's burned by smokers. All the rooms were for smokers and the smell was terrible. Think, this is enough... "
