Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast. No complaints!

This Holiday Inn is an okay 3 star hotel. It feels like a motel with a lobby. The rooms were small and had a poorly laid out floor plan. When you stay at a 4 star hotel you expect places similar to Hilton, Crown Plaza and Marriot. This place felt like a rundown Best Western or a Motel6.

It meets the needs of a business traveler including high speed internet. The pool and a fitness area meet requirements. Expect to leave the property for dinner.

Free parking on premises. after a whole day touring what you need is a comfort bed. Breakfast is simple.

Great location and it saved us a lot for airport transit. clean and comfortable bedrooms. The free breakfast with great variety of choices of food surprised us indeed.

I always judge a stay by asking " would I stay again " and yes I would.

I booked the hotel online, with the assumption that it came with extended parking, for airport travelling, since a shuttle was advertised. In fact there wasn't parking on site, I had to go to Park and fly, which is fine , just a little inconvenient, and a surprise. Apparently the only way you can do this is to deal directly with this property, and the web site does not...

Please explain why Agoda claims it cannot change, refund, etc, my reservation when apparently you own Priceline. Otherwise, I would have booked MonteCarlo Mississauga when my relative’s sport event was changed. Shameful that your system is so inflexible!

Our jacuzzi was filling with brown water we were moved to a different room quite soon. We were offered a comp breakfast to compensate but could not take advantage as we left early, we did indicate this and no other comp was offered. Room was clean and very comfortable. We actually checked in at 1am in the morning. The hotel staff is nice enough to let us do that. Very comfy and homey. Seemed recently renoed. Comfy beds and attentive staff at the front desk. Restaurant staff on the weekends could use a bit of trainibg when it comes to specialty drinks and such things but overall attentive and pleasant. Would look for a Garden Inn in the next city I visit.

Hotel is convenient if you arrive very late into Toronto. Be very careful when using taxi's as ours set off and got on the wrong road to our hotel before we had given him the address. Hotel locates closed to airport and business park. Facilities are abundant and new. Staff are very nice. Breakfast have plenty of choices.

We have stayed at HS before at other places too and always have had good experiences. This HS was great too. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Pool facility was lovely for our family time. Hot breakfast is always a plus.

Room 313 an bathroom outlet needed attention. Internet difficult to get on. Otherwise, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the best yet, lots of options and they catered to our gluten free needs

Hotel is not close to restaurants, which is fine during the week, beause they serve a light dinner in their foyer. On weekends only breakfast is served. There is one restaurant next door - otherwise you have to order pizza, or cab it to other restaurants around the airport area. Hotel is clean, rooms comfortable.

Very clean room and bath

One of the nicer airport hotels I've stayed in. Shuttle to the airport runs relatively friendly and the accommodations are modern and up to date. Would layover here again.
