Hidden Gem in Mito. It connected to JR Mito Minami Guchi and easy to access to shopping mall as well. All staffs are very kind and English also better than other hotels in Japan.

One of my best hotel experience so far! The staff members are very polite and well-mannered. Food was nice and everything was great! The only drawback is that it's not very accessible to the metro/train station and there are no shuttle services to the nearby train station. Hotel car park is currently convenient. There's supermarket and restaurant not far from hotel. Breakfast is nice with variety of Japanese and WESTERN style breakfast. Room is good. Comfortable bedding, although carpet is a bit warnout. Apart from that, everything is good.

The room is small but cozy. It seems not very far from the train station, but it's not easy to find and there is a slope. Good value for money if you don't have heavy luggage.
Found a lot of mold in the shower area and the shower curtain. The bed and pillows were super hard. Ended up using my jacket rolled up.
