"this hotel is the best place to stay if you are planning to go to legaspi or caramoan. it is in a great location, just walking distance to bus terminal and van terminal going to legaspi and other areas in bicol and/or going back to manila. also a walking distance to sm naga city. had to leave early (like 330am) to catch first van trip to caramoan and when we asked earlier if they serve early breakfast - no becasue food is served at the restaurant at the ground floor. but when we check out early morning they gave us a breakfast coupon to get from 7/11 beside the hotel which consits of hotdog/siopao and water/coffee which is good."
