"Pros: Beautiful, Clean, Friendly Staff Pro: shuttle service always readily available Location was great, restaurants within walking distance, we easily could shuttle downtown free, and uber back for $6.00 - $7.00. We would definitely stay here again. Cons: Shower drain (new different long covered drain) didn't work so great, had to stomp on it several times, or turn the shower off and give it time) to get it to drain or the water would spill out onto b/room floor. Elevators had some kinks when we were there, 1 broke down. The other went into "Power Saving Mode" and shut down with my husband and I in it!!! Thank God my husband was there and shoved the door open. "
