This is not acceptable since these are supposed to be services given free for gusts and not to be surprised with these prices during check in . "Fun for the whole family. Stayed there for an upcoming wedding in a nearby location. This hotel has amenities abound. Wonderful Waterline Restaurant and water view at the A&O Kitchen and Bar. Spa and salon in the area. Need anything else.....the complimentary shuttle is there to take you to the pier and/or the beach. Definitely a recommend!"
