Where to stay in Nice
Nice hotels & accommodations

We stayed in room 22 and I’m glad I spent a little extra on it. The view is spectacular. There is a balcony and you can surely enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine!!! The rooms are spacious. The bathroom clean. The staff are very courteous. We arrived early however the very sweet lady at the reception let is check in early! The breakfast was good. The lady and the you...

It's the best one amongst our stay in South of France. Also the best rate and best view for last day of the trip because it's convenient to buy souvenirs from the old town. On the way back to the Nice airport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, superb!

The rooftop has panoramic views all around Nice. The hotel is well located, a bit back from the beach away from the awful tourist streets. After checking in we visited the rooftop bar for some salad. We were impressed with the view and returned after dinner (the staff had recommended an excellent restaurant in the old town). We met some Nice locals who had come to the ...

Really nice hotel in a great position for central nice and the old town. Excellent staff. My only criticism is that the indoor pool was not heated anything like enough. It needs checking daily and adjusting when necessary. It is not the point that it’s connected to the outdoor via a plastic cover and that’s why it cold. It simply needs turning up the heat to make like...

Jean-Claude in the reception helped us out with everything, a real star, and the rest of the crew there aswell. The staff around the pool could need some more training and work on the service. Other than that its a very nice place with the best location. Jenny

Fantastic old Dame of a hotel, just a garden away from the Negresco but significantly less expensive. Nicely refurbished rooms, some with fantastic views. Staff all very efficient and kind. We were upgraded to a larger rooms as we had booked twin beds and originally assigned a queen. This was a corner unit, handicapped accessible with large wet bathroom. Some d...

Clean and cozy room at a very convenient location in the city center. Nice and helpful staff. If you arrive at late night, ask them in advance so they will instruct you how to get in the room even after their reception time is ended and you can officially check-in next morning. Some simple kitchen equipment, dinnerware and cutlery are provided in the room so you can c...

I booked this hotel because it was near to the place I am going to board a midnight bus nearby. I did not expect a high quality of apartment hotel since I have been travelling a lot but Appart'City was really surprised me with the clean room and kitchenette and toilet. I particularly like the kitchenette because got dish washer and even microwave though the place is sm...

It was an awesome view of the Nice rivera, worth all it takes to stay at Radisson Blu. It was a clean hotel and the front desk staff was very helpful in checking us in, giving an upgrade to a room with very good view. There is a tram station right behind the hotel from where airport and the old town are away just a 7-8 minutes ride. There was excellent breakfast and ...

We had a great 2 nights stop over in Nice. Check in is super quick. All staff was nice and friendly and spoke good English. Close to train stations but beware the taxis here is a rip off 25 euros for less then 15 min taxi ride from Nice Ville station to the hotel... Come on! Room was clean although the carpet could do with a good scrub. There's a lot of Halal butchers,...

The staff first struck me as nice and friendly. The rooms are comfortable with air-conditioning, a great plus in the summer when Nice is hot and humid. The lockers are also useful with many compartments to keep your items, though do bring your own padlock. There are curtains for your bed if you need a little more privacy. Space inside the room itself is rather tight,...

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. It started with a warm welcome at the front desk with well informed staff. We liked the location of the hotel convenient to tourist areas, old town, walking streets and restaurants. The good buffet breakfast and the free newspapers available in the lobby were a nice bunus. We understand that free internet is coming soon but we had t...

The only bad thing I have to say about the Nice hotel was the fact that the air conditioing was off in the rooms. The room was stifling overnight and we had difficulty sleeping. Staff explained that is was off until mid May. They supplied a fan, however this was not at all adequate and we had difficulty sleeping. This is so poor for a 4 star hotel. Would not recommend ...

The Notre Dame de Nice is very nice specially in the night. The private garden is very beautiful. The bar, swimming pool, gym and Jacuzzi on the roof top with the view of Nice Hill and Notre Dame is very enjoying and relax. Great front desk staff "Michael" to offer assist in local traveling guide and assistance.

We checked in rather late, around 11pm,which was no problem at all, smiley hotel staff- the room is normal "small size" for this line of budget business hotels, fine though for a few nights only. At the same time, you could see the hotel was trying to bring design into a business hotel atmosphere, colorful rooms and lobby were appreciated. The bathroom and shower were ...

it is very close to train station. so you can easily find the location of the hotel. the hotel is recently renovated, so the facility and bed is quite clean and have good condistion. staffs were facing some problem in english communication, but tried to solve the problems at their best.

Funky and newly renovated hotel, so everything worked. Had a very serene and quiet feel about it the whole time I was there. I was kindly granted a room that faced the inner courtyard, so it was so quiet and perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast each day was good with enough continental choices available. Some may say it was repetitive, but at home I have the sam...

The hotel is located in a quiet street and next to a tram station which made it easily accessible to the beach area. There is a market outside the hotel too. The hotel is brand new. The staff are nice and friendly. Overall good value for the money.

Ideal for backpackers. You can use the kitchen to eat food, and surprisingly, there is a sauna and a gym in the basement. Conveniently located near department stores and Massena Square. And the staff responded well. It seems to be good at cleaning. When you travel from Nice to the suburbs, you have to find accommodation here. will have to pay for breakfast. And...

my wife and i were on a road trip around europe so one of the points for choosing this hotel was that it had secure parking. parking is very convenient and is located directly opposite the hotel in a multi-storey with its own private section which can only be accessed with a key code. we also chose this hotel for its location and price. in fact we were visiting monaco...

This hotel is good location,5 minutes walk to promanade de anglais. And you can walk to Place Massena,it's have shopping mall and many restaurent. And staff, she's very nice can speak English very well. And we got the first room but we don't like, she try to find the new room for us.And it's very best room for us,very nice view from balcony.

It was a very good location, just 5min walking distance from the bus stop for bus 99(airport bus). Very good for transit hotel as they have Very comfortable bed and nice staff.. And also they willing to help us to store the luggage for overnight while we heading monaco for 1 day trip. We were extremely impress with this. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

We loved nice!!!. The location of the hotel is perfect only a 10 Min walk to the train station the beach and the shops and cafes are all around you. The rooms where big enough and always kept clean, when we first arrived the hotel staff where welcoming and helped us get a good understanding of the city, the only bad side of the room was that we had to keep the doors o...

Easy to access everywhere by foot. I should not forget to mention the reception is excellent service that he remember our face and name immediately after check-in hotel. Since then, he called us our name every time he saw us. What a fantastic service even though the hotel is 3 star.

I like the staffs, especially two housekeeper ladies! They are soooo friendly and nice, so does the receptionist Terry, he concerns every guest and tries his best to help. Location is perfect, 2 minutes to Nice Ville(FS) by walk, also can take bus number 99 to the airport ( timetable start from 7:00am, every 30 minutes)€6, 10 minutes to main centre by walk.

I highly recommend l'hôtel la Belle Meunière! The staff is very friendly and service minded and the room was nice and clean. I stayed in a room with three other people and we had our own bathroom. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower worked very well and we had a nice air conditioner in the room. Me and my friend spend severa...

My stay was astounding. By far the BEST hostel in Nice! If you stay at Faubourg Montmartre Guest House--expect 5-star treatment, great facilities, provide guests with very good hospitality. You won't be disappointed if you book a bed here. Give them a try, see how you can experience NICE in a truly unforgettable time.

i stayed here for 4 nights and I would definitely come back. Even though we shared the bathroom (I was in the dorm), it was always clean and there was never timing issues. The room was comfortable and I had breakfast with sea view every morning. The breakfast was simple but I quite enjoyed it! Hosts were discreet and hardly ever around. The location is perfect for dis...

First time visit to Nice for a couple for days, this hotel is really convenient as it is located about 10 minutes walk from the Train Station (we travelled via TGV from Paris) and about 20 minutes to the beach, or 15 minutes to the food street/ shopping street. Perfect location as long as you do not hate walking. The room is actually pretty nice and the receptionist wa...

We loved our stay at this hotel in Nice. The room was very small but the bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good water pressure & the bathroom was well set out. The location was great, close to the centre of Nice, the coast & the train station. The staff were lovely & accommodating & the breakfast was good. We would happily stay there again.

This place is in a very good location, it’s near to the main train station if you wanted to do day trips out of Nice. Staff were very nice all through our stay although there may be a bit of language barrier when we tried checking in. The rooms are quite spacious aswell and comfortable to sleep in. I just wish it was a little bit more cleaner especially the floor. Othe...

The room is nice although on the smaller size. The shower was small but shower room big. The hotel is near the beach which is great and about a 20 min walk to downtown. There is a great patisserie right near the hotel. The best feature of the hotel is the staff. The guy and girl who maned the front desk in the morning while we were there were amazing! Provided us with...

Quite nice, it is an bed and breakfast hotel. It was a 6~7 storey resident building and the one room apartment given to us was on the 6th floor. building had a lift, so no worries.. no breakfast or food menu available as you get a one room apartment on rent with some tea/coffee bags, however it is no big deal as the place is centrally located and there are so many rest...

Very good location. Close to the Main Street and train station. Tram line very close by to take you towards the promenade. Nice stroll straight down to the promenade either. Staff very friendly and rooms cleaned and fresh towels on a daily basis. Not noisy at all. Beds very comfy. Only negative is the lack of English tv channels, very wet one morning and would have be...

Our 1 night stay at Apogia hotel was ok. Location was good. We travelled for almost 3 weeks with stays at many different hotels, mostly 3-star. It may not be a must, but definitely a plus to have this service included for conven...

GoOd service, nice location, and near the beach. Very close to the riviera beach and the train station so we can easily walk to the hotel, also the bus stop is just about 15 minutes walk. Therefore, we can catch the bus to monaco very easily. It is very convenient when we travel with no car. I recommend this hotel. Even it's a two star hotel, but the service is good a...

We have visited the hotel in June 2019 for 5 nights. The hotel is located in main street - 15 minutes by walk to the beach and the old town, with easy access to all attractions in Nice and costal area (Monaco, Eze, etc.) - very close to the train station and bus stops. The breakfast was excellent and various. There have scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, ham...

We stayed here in Aug 2010. The hotel was clean with friendly, helpful staff. We had a double room on the top floor. (Thankfully, the lifts were of good quality and efficient!) The room was on the small side - but this is typical for France. The bathroom was adequate and clean as was the rest of the room. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The complementary tea-...

The hotel could be described as a small bouquet hotel, i.e.,small, compact but very pleasant. The rooms are a little on the small size for the business traveler for whom this stay was simply one leg of a multi-leg journey, and if I had been travelling together with someone ....very cramped! I can't comment on the location vis-à-vis the seafront and the town's attractio...

Location is excellent, within walking to distance to bus stops from airport. Easy walk to waterfront and shops around the corner. I was unable to use the shuttle from airport to hotel as I did not have an international phone sim which was a problem as taxis refused to take me as the hotel was nearby - not an easy walk as it was confusing, hot and difficult with road constructions. This is our first time staying in this hotel in Nice and really really recommended. We really surprise with the big rooms and especially free wireless high speed internet is a must for foreign travelers like us. The business facility is also very good. There is a printer that we can use to print important stuffs. It's really worth the money!!!

The staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful that we had experienced in France, especially the older gentlemen at reception, unfortunate i didn't get his name. They allowed us to check-in when we arrived although it was only 10:30am which i thought was pretty awesome. The decor is chic, and they have a lift! Rooms were spacious compared to our other st...

The hotel is very close to the main train station in Nice and you can get dropped off outside if you get the shuttle bus from the airport, so perfect for what we wanted. It is a 5-10 minute walk to seafront and the old town, so again really good. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were wonderful, really beautifully designed and very comfortable.

conveniently located hotel in easy walking distance of the railway station and the old city/beach front. although the outside looks a little tired, a warm welcome was forthcoming with detail information on the attractions of nice. we were offered a choice of rooms on either the first or fourth floor. our room on the fourth level had been painted and was clean. the room...

We are seasoned Nice travellers and this has been the best hotel we have stayed in by far. The position is great for everything Nice has to offer. Location is great to get to the train station to go exploring. Beach fantastic (at Rhul Plage) Loved would go back.

Hearing so much about this city, it does live up to its reputation. Love the buildings and the people.
Nice is a beautiful city with a variety of activities to offer. It has quite a few museums, a great seaside, casinos, good restaurants, etc.
Nice is a mix between a city and a beach resort. One can swim in crystal clean waters of the Mediterranean in the morning, enjoy shopping in the afternoon and fabulous cuisine and nightlife in the evening.
Don't take the taxi from the airport - the bus is really inexpensive and covers most of the city area.
Been to Nice twice, and will not hesitate to visit again.. best to go in late spring or early summer.
Beautiful sea, nice food, nice people. The beach was not a fine sandy beach, good for sunbathing. The tide is quite big.
Nice was an energetic city where you could see people jogging and cycling along the promenade. sunshine makes the beach water florescent blue, brilliant and relaxing coastline.
I like Nice very much and wish to ga back there again. This city is rich in the impressive history, a variety of activities, relaxing feeling and calm.
We went for opening of Nice Festival, it was a fantastic experience with fireworks just over my head.
Very nice and relaxing city and good parks with crowded people. Long beachside and not far from international airport.
Nice is nice! Awesome restaurants, great ocean views and lots of entertainment. I would totally recommend it for couples.
this hotel is very near from the Nice train Station; therefore, it's easier for travellers to take trains to visit somewhere else and Nice city as well.
Second time to nice. Love the place. Amazing restaurants & bars. Can be a little expensive at times but you get what you pay for.
I very much enjoyed the city and was very relaxed. Besides relaxing at the beaches, there's much to do such as sailing, scuba diving, paragliding, etc.
Nice is a very charming city, from the moment you leave Nice Airport and take the bus to Nice City Centre, the drive is along the Promenade des Anglais sea front, gorgeous!
Traveling around is very convenient and surprisingly cheap, especially on the buses to see outskirts towns! Further information could be obtained from the Tourist Center next to the Train Station and also a few places located around.
I love Nice which is a very lovely and nice place for relaxation. Enjoy the flower market. I will definitly visiti nice again.

Strolling along the iconic Promenade des Anglais, you’ll be greeted by the gentle sound of waves and the sight of palm trees swaying in the breeze. This promenade is more than just a walkway; it’s a social hub where locals and tourists alike gather to enjoy the sun, sip coffee, or indulge in people-watching.
Beyond its scenic coastline, Nice is steeped in rich culture and history. The Old Town (Vieux Nice) is a maze of narrow streets filled with vibrant markets, charming boutiques, and delightful eateries.
