"Outer appearance need some upgrade because it was quite scary when we arrived at night and need to pass thru small road for self key collection. I'll suggest to install one small flood light at least. But once inside it is totally difference! all the items are new and modern! Staff is very helpful to assist us for the collection. Call prior arrival if you plan to reach at night."

"The cottage was unfit for even a single night stay. The interiors of all rooms and bathrooms looked dilapidated, covered in dust and filled with a foul odour. There were cobwebs in most corners of cabinets, walls, shelves, etc. The pillows were very old and dirty and covered with stained pillow cases. The blankets were very old, dirty, stained and torn with tatters. The enamel coating to the sides and base of the kitchen sink were badly flaking, peeling away with rust stains, unhygenic and unfit for use. In summary, this accommodation is unfit to live in and should not be on your website for booking. We have taken photos of the descriptions above and we will lodge a formal complaint to the Tasmanian Tourism Authority and we will post these pictures so that others will not experience what we had.
