The stay I had was in a room that was between the pool and the restaurant courtyard so the noise was a pretty big issue. One day they had a PA system set up on the courtyard which was incredibly loud in the room... there was no warning of this either. We only stayed one night but we'll be staying again on our return to Oaxaca City. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The location is a very short walk to the zocalo and some great restaurants in every direction.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was a good size, basic but super-clean (and cleaned every day). Breakfast was tasty, with several options and plenty of food. The staff were great, even helping me with a phone call when my Spanish wasn't up to the task. It's only a few blocks from the heart of the action. Wi-fi was fast as well. I'd happily stay here again.

The room Wasn’t ready when we checked in at 10 at night. There was no internet. They were nice but there was construction literally above our shower until after nine at night. I could hear the workers as I tried to use the bathroom! Location is fabulous but it wasn’t much better than a motel six.
The only con is that it might be too noisy for some people if they end up in the street facing rooms... It can get pretty busy and loud with cars honking and barreling down the small street.
