"Guests should be aware that it is the men's onsen pictured - women's onsen is similar but not the same - does not have two window views. Staff were very helpful, held our luggage, called a taxi for us, ran up to look for something we forgot in our room. Please note this is close to a train station, but not Odate. By the time we arrived, the next train to the station was about 50 minutes later. It is in a good location for the bus though!"
