The hotel buildings look so very old outside. . . and the room too, but staff are so lovely and helpful. I was happy with hot bath and food and everything. With unlimited access to Sea World during the stay, that was a very lovely stay and memorable. Also, the kids were so much happy here.

If you are in Japan and looking for a retreat in the woods, that's perfect. It's also close to Onjuku which has a nice beach (2 stations away). We were 4 of us, had two bedrooms and a nice terrace where we could have our own BBQ. It was all we wanted. a cabin in the woods, a terrace with fire and BBQ, and the beach not too far for the day.
