Pai hotels & accommodations

Beautiful hotel, located at the best spot in pai. The stuff was amazing, very kind, took care of everything we needed especially May, one of the girls at the desk. The only two problems were the smell in the room because the rooms are made of woods and it’s raining season, and the frogs outside the room made a lot of noise at night. The price was a little expensive co...

Hello mates, what's popping up? Today I'd like to tell a couple of thankful words about B2 Premier Hotel in Pai. We had really good vibes there cause: - it's not expensive, we paid about 500 baht per night - it has a community pool, however a privat pool for some rooms on first floor - in rooms there were bathrobe, slippers, dryer, all these bottles with shampoo etc - ...

29-30 Aug 2014 I'm Thai. I spend 2 days 1 night at The Oia Pai Resort & Spa. It's rainy season in Pai. Fresh air Hospitality, Service mind, Warm welcome. Big and clean room. I love their breakfast (ABF, rice, soup, salad, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, juice and many bread) They has free kayak, bicycle and shuttle bus to walking street. This is the best hotel in Pai ...

this is the very lovely hotel in Pai, mountain, river, swimming pool OGM! I could not ask for anything else! this is very good time to relax. I will surely come back to stay here again in near future. I will not go for any hotel else for sure. this is my first choice

I really loved the room. I booked the deluxe villa; it seemed to be worth the upgrade. As far as I know, the deluxe villas have the better view toward the mountains, which can be enjoyed from the large front terrace in the morning (or on a beautiful moonlit night). The bed was centered in the middle of the room as you come in, and behind the concrete divide was his and...

If you are aiming for this hotel, definitely you are not looking for convenience but more of enjoying outskirt ambient and beautiful landscape that cant be found in other hotels in Pai. The hotel makes you feel like home, and they also offer two bottles of home made/organic milk as complimentary (must drink) which is so tasty. Each of the hotel room will have different...

i never imagine pai have a very great resort like this ~ very nice staff~ very big and clean room~ everything is n detail and make me suppose such as the phone and outdoor jacuzzi ~ especially provide red rose for honey mooner to making surprise~ even the hotel is luxury than other hotel in pai~ but u also can feel the life style in pai~ also i like the borrow dvd serv...

Did 3 weeks around Thailand and read the reviews on this hotel, here are mine. Super location only less than 5 minutes from the bus stop, check in was fast, easy. Super location to get to the walking street market 1 minute away. One review I read said the breakfast was bad, wrong it was the best ever in Thailand, there are not to many chairs by the pool never had an...

This is the best value for money in Pai for what you get. We have stayed in the other four star hotels in Pai and the Montis is far superior. All huge Executive size rooms including the lowest price ones. The service here is five star. Great amenities and shuttle service to the short distance to town centre all day long. Exceptional grounds and views alone well worth a...

Literally the best place I ever stayed, it is so much better than it looks on the picture. This hotel has three hotsprings in their own garden, which are not on the agoda pictures so it was a very nice surprise when we arrived. We even had an outside bathtub at our own bungalow which in the evening was filled with hotspring water by the staff, so we look at the stars i...

I never think too much when looking for hotel in Pai, Mari Pai Resort is my only choice and I glad that I made the right choice. We stay in the mobile room, the bed is huge! It is not small at all. They serve great breakfast , but their food serve during lunch time is just so so. I will definitely recommend Mari Pai to my friends and family!

From beginning to end: we loved it here. The staff made us feel very welcome from the start, helped us out when possible and the location is just perfect (you’ll walk into town straight away). If you want to rent a scooter to explore around Pai, just ask at the reception and they’ll get you a scooter right there! Room was nice, as well as the laundry service they offer...

Comfortable stay just tucked away from most of the noise. There is a busy backpackers club next door which promptly stops the music around 12 o'clock. So if you have sleeping problems or kids, you may need to ask for a room away from the neighbours. It is a beautiful little boutique resort which is only a 3 minute walk to the night street where there are a number of ...

We had two rooms. When we checked in they accidentally gave us a twin bed room. But they soon fixed this up and fortunately meant one of our rooms was upgraded to the river view room (gave that to our parents). The standard rooms have beds on a raised platform on the floor, which actually is quite nice to sleep on. This would be one of the most expensive hotels in Pai,...

We had been traveling thru Thailand for a month by the time we got to the Kuad Khon Thoe Pai Cottages and I was absolutely road weary and over it. Within 4 hours of settling in I was completely refreshed and relaxed. The cottages are lovely. Both the rustic ones and the newer ones are very comfortable. The pool is lovely and has a very fun water slide and a pag...

It is hard to get a taxi, or car in the middle of Pai. Hotel have free pick up service almost any time, any where. The boss is nice, and we got free up-grade for the room. It is about 10mins walk from the hotel to the walking street, but if you, there is free bicycle and free pick up. Room is nice, wifi is good.

Very good resort with friendly staffs & nice environment; Worth of money. Our villa included a private backyard with an outdoor bath and shower—awesome, a fun bonus. Luxurious bed, excellent water pressure and heating, fun layout, brookside patio, maximum cleanliness, lovely breakfast, enchanting grounds.Definitely will recommend to friends who travel to Pai. Excellent...

The room was pleasant and clean and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a good size. We loved the location overlooking the river, it was very pleasant to eat, drink and chill in the lounge/restaurant area. I thought it was a little expensive compared to other hotels in Pai but the location and staff made it feel worth it.

All was amazing, rooms are unique big and clean with AC. Our room had a private back terrace where you could hear all the noise of the nature during the night. One of the best staff hotels that I ever deal with (I traveled a lot in my life). They are willing to help always and they have a line chat where they reply immediately for any request. We used it to book our b...

We stayed at Pai Cherkaew for 4 nights . It's a lovely boutique hotel located in the center of Pai town. We booked a mountain view room A6, the view was awesome. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staffs. From the small alley it lead you to the walking street in less than 1 min. Plenty of cafe and restaurants around this area . Is best to rent a scooter ...

I think it`s one of the best in Pai. It`s directly on the main street and the live music and a good restaurant is near by the hotel. The staff is very friendly, but everyone in Pai is very friendly. For us, Pai was the best place in Thailand! We booked the Pai Vimaan with discount and paid just 20 euro`s a night for a realy good room, good service and a very good and b...

After reading all of the reviews, this place did not disappoint! It was in a perfect location. Only two minute walk from when you get off the bus and since Pai is so small, everything is near each other. This place is right off some of the main roads, which was perfect for noise. The room itself was one of the best we've come across for this kind of money. Usually you ...

We had a great stay here. It was very quiet the entire week. The facilities are very new and up to date. The rooms are private and spacious. We had a small ant problem but it was quickly solved and we had no further complaints. The young man at the front offers a complimentary shuttle the short distance to and from town. We rented scooters a few days in, because they w...

Second time stay in this hotel, me and Eak(owner)already became friend. the location is good, very quite.if you can not ride motor, Eak will pick/deliver you to the center, the room is clean, breakfast made by Eak's wife and its fantastic. i think the big.different between here and other hotel in pai is the staff is open their heart to you, they treat you like family ...

Booked this hotel because it is featured often in influencer's vlog. Turns out, the hotel was great. There is free shuttle bus to pai night market. There is a huge garden and farm and swimming pool for you to chill. In pai, it will be recommended you have your vehicle to explore the sights and sceneries.
Cheap places to stay in Pai

Ok so very nice hotel, my room was a king sized and included 2 towels , private bath too. The water heater didn’t work but Pai is hot so it’s ok. The STAFF is amazing, they gave me a ride into town my last day , i had to wake them up by knocking on their door at 6 am ish but they were so kind and service was great. Recommendations would be, investing in A/C for the pr...

The price/quality ratio is very good, but of course you get what you pay for. The staff is very very nice and helpful. But the facilities are not very good. The mattresses are rock hard and very thin, the room doors do not have a way to close. And you can expect to find all kinds of bugs inside or outside the room. (there's a bed net though) The common room is amaz...

I stayed in a private room. Iloved the Lana styled floors and stairs, it was absolutely beautiful flooring. Th e floor also extended out onto the balcony which I thought was pretty cool. It’s close to Pai walking street but maybe a tad difficult finding it. I kept getting lost 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ But I really enjoyed my stay there. Bathroom could use some fixing up an...

We stayed in the cheap room and it was nice :) bathroom is open from the top and it's cold during winter there. We get extra blankets :) location is not like shown on agoda, it bit further so you need motorbike to go to town or you can ask staff to drop you if someone is there. The view is amazing and people around are nice :) they don't speak english but that's ok :P ...

Stayed in the superior bungalow with air con for 4 nights, think it worked out at 357baht a night £8. Basically your own little guesthouse excellent air con double balcony. Didn't use the pool as we were out a lot. Woman owner seemed very nice although we only spoke to her checking in and out. 7 min walk to start of walking street. Right next to muai Thai gym. Wasn't n...

Lovely! Perfect staff, actually owner. They gave us free upgrade and also offer the coffee/tea in the morning. Actually a cup o coffee wont cost a lot of money, but their attitude and help, really leave a good impression to me. They also help us to provide the infromation about the attraction in Pai, very helful. Moreover, I love Momo, a friendly husky and guarantee w...

Right by the river across from the beginning of the night market this guesthouse is the perfect blend of accessibility and relaxation. Drinking coffee in the morning with the best muesli and fruit we have had (in Thailand or anywhere really) to the sounds of the river was the perfect start to a morning. The woman at the front desk was one of the kindest people with an ...

Chi, who speaks English and takes care of the hostel during the evening's is super helpful, friendly and a really nice person. She knows the area and things to do and if you need something, she'll try to sort it for you asap. I didn't speak much to the daytime lady but she was always smiling. All hostels in Pai are rustic, but this one is probably the best one in the m...

Such low price and delicious breakfast, especially the omelette, that's the best omelette i ate in Thailand. The staff is very kind and helpful, always wearing a smile. i like to get up in the morning and walk into town, enjoying the beautiful country view. One roommate asked whether i would stay in KK Hut again for the next visit to Pai, I said definitely yes.

This basic bungalow resort really shined! The owner was very friendly and helped us make the most of our 4-day stay in Pai. He picked us up when we arrived in town, and advised us to rent a scooter to really get the most of the area. The resort is on a quiet, wooded hillside overlooking the valley and town, with views of the stars at night. About a 20-minute trek to to...

I liked this place so much that I decided to stay there the whole time I was in Pai, which was extended from about 3 days to 2 weeks! It has the best location for the centre of Pai and the walking street as it is based just far enough down a quieter street that links directly to the walking street. The family that works there were some of the most kind and welcoming p...

Great place to meet chill people. Common areas with hammocks, small restaurant/bar. Staff are friendly and always willing to help you feel more comfortable. Bungalows are very cute, private rooms spacious. Stoner friendly. 10-15 munute walk to town. I stayed at several hostels in Pai and found this to be the best one 👍

Ant colony that was formed in my bungalow crawling all over my things (at least 10000 ants) and then i was told that i lived on the farm so its normal. Great, thanks for the discovery channel news. I wouldve preferred that you actually come into my cottage and see for yourself and offer me a room switch instead of educating me on nature. The cottages are nice. Mine d...

I can say 'BAAN MAI SAK IS THE BEST HOSTEL TO ENJOY PAI' with my confidence. it was felt like staying at my thai friend's house🍀 nice/kind/helpful/friendly and handsome(ㅋㅋㅋ) host + charming house + peaceful atmosphere + comfy hammock EVER! Because of baan mai sak, even though my plan was 3days in PAI, I had stayed here a month:)) I hope their business goes well and...

The rooms were spacious and clean and similar to something you'd find in a 4 star hotel. The hotel is right on the walking street with plenty of good food options. We were very happy with our stay especially after suffering through the night at another hotel in Pai. Heads up - there is a chicken next door which starts squawking with the sun rise. It might have been din...

Booked our stay by accident. Thought it was closer to the center. I have never been more happy to have booked a place. Its a 10 min ride by scooter from Pai center. Located near the Mor Paeng Waterfalls. Excellent food, great location overlooking the mountains. The owner actually managed to organize some wine, flowers and a special meal for me and my girlfriend for Val...

New hostel but a gem in itself, the best place I've stayed in all of Thailand. Beds are comfy and the aircon is great after a day spent in the sun. They also have one of the friendliest, obedient dogs I've ever met. She brightens up the hostel. However, the real star of the hostel is Lee. He's always willing to help to make your trip better with his bubbly personality ...

Huan Saran Guesthouse is an amazing place to stay in Pai and I wish my friend and I had stayed here the entire time instead of moving halfway through. It's on the walking street but not right in the middle so it's less congested. Near all of best restaurants on trip advisor and the guy who runs it/owns it is super knowledgable and friendly. We asked tons of questions a...

Stayed here for 1 night after doing a motorbike ride from Chiang Mai to Pai, very tired and aching the private bungalow was the perfect place to rest. The food from the restaurant was lovely and the staff very kind. Unfortunately it rained just after we checked in and for the rest of the day so we weren’t able to make use of the pool but I would definitely recommend st...

had such an amazing stay in Pai. I was only supposed to stay at SuanDoi for 3 nights then head back to Chiang Mai but decided to stay an extra 2 days. I stayed in the double twin bed because I wanted privacy and A/C, beds were very comfortable. definitely inexpensive for what you get! This place is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of town as i...

It was a gated complex with a large beautiful sprawling garden and fruit trees everywhere. 5 minute walk from walking street and very quite except for the chickens in the morning but that is literally ever accomidation in pai. You can avoid it. I would definitely return here over everywhere else I stayed in pai.

This is a great place! It's nice and quiet, except it can get a little loud outside at night due to the bars. But I honestly really liked this hostel. The host is AMAZING and is so friendly and gave me a ride to the bus terminal when I was in need! I would recommend anyone I meet to stay here while in Pai.

We stayed for a week ( Yes we got stick in the Pai-Hole) after re-booking two nights more, than two nights again.. 7 days later this is the best value for your money. We stayed in guesthouse #2 (private bathroom). There is a double bed and a fan along with three locking windows. The location was ideal for us (two 30's something Americans) because it is about a half mi...

Stayed here for 3 nights. In a bungalow with a double bed and a fan with a shared bathroom. Bath room and shower was a 30 second walk away from our room both clean. The whole place it’s self was in a lovely location. Rooms where very basic but is all that is needed and good value for money. The staff were all very welcoming especially Jerome who made our trip that muc...

Mom hostelo was such a nice place to stay in Pai. It's a great location being on one of the main streets right off the night walking street and close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. The facilities are clean and the bed is comfortable. The room even comes with a little balcony which we enjoyed, and we were able to park our motorbikes onsite. Definitely recommend to an...

Great little laid back Mountain town. Be prepared to relax compared to other tourist spots in Thailand.
A beautiful small town. Best travelling around by motorbike! You can rent motorbike at the walking street for a very decent price! Food is delicious and cheap! People in this town are very nice and kind.
Nice place to visit during cool weather, also easy for backpacker the road might quiet dangerous so travel with caution.
Very nice chilled out town with lots to do and see. Beautiful landscapes and scenery to be seen. Definitely recommend renting a scooter for the day.
Nice and quiet area, with some nice sightseeing in the area. There is a street market every night, if you enjoy some street shopping.
It's a great Hideaway, very good weather!! there are many places to visit around Pai but have to drive through the long crooked roads but very very impressive!!
Nice whether, 27 degree celsius. Peaceful place. Things was cheaper than Bangkok especially message & food.
I love Pai, truely amazing and cosy place, Great nature, kind locals, beautiful nature, a lot of activities, very delicious food.
Pai has a small night market every night at the Pai city area, it's worth to walk and find some good food there if you're up for street food.
Many shops and coffee shops, nice restaurants, also have night market, very lovely and beautiful place !!
Cold and cool environment, that different in Chiang Mai town. The road to pai are very slope and curve need to be very careful
We only managed to stay one night and the night we stay is raining so the night market is close early, spend two night is perfect for this location, but my mates can stay for a weeks.
Pai in love in everywhere in Pai, this is romantic city with coffee shop name "Coffee in love" - nice place to visit, there is a old bridge near a village named "memorial bridge" and Pai canyon place need to visit
This is most definitely a tourist town in Thailand and definitely has a "hippy" vibe. The Thai food is terrible, however the western food was great so if your looking for a break from asian food this is probably the best spot in all of Thailand.
Pls. go to dine at No. 9 on town and you won't be disappointing. Stay at a nice hotel such as Reverie Siam and enjoy the relaxation time, rent a motorbike if you can.
Pai is definitely for those wanting to escape life, many tourists who seem to have no thought for the people who actually live there.
The nature and nice view of northern part of Thailand that you can feel. It may not rich with culture like Chiengmai but you can enjoy and relax a lot here.
Pai is a very good place for leisure travelers. Good weather & nice scenery. Just 3 hrs from Chiangmai by car.
The ride to Pai from Chaingmai is fantastic! 762 curve, up and down the mountains. Once there, there is so much.
relaxing place, you can do nothing there but still not think that is wasting time, good place to stay.
Pai is more about relaxing & romance place. Attraction place like Pai Canyon, War II Memorial Bridge, Hot Spring,Wat Phra That Mae look around city view.
It's a nice mountain area good for sightseeing. The night market is nice, and the food is amazing. you can enjoy a Thai massage at a very low price.
we love the uphill and downhill, it is good to drive around and find our own spot explore the different from city
Pai is a town that use to be a very quiet place, a middle way to stop before travel to Mae Hong Sorn.
Pai ad been discovered, but retains, so far, its rural, simple atmosphere. Among the many hut-type eateries are some high class restaurants serving a variety of cuisines.
It's a small town for ppl to relax and enjoy the sceneries. Best to get around with a motorbike or a car.
Pai is a small town in northern Thailand's Mae Hong Son Province, near the Myanmar border, about 50 miles/80 km north of Chiang Mai on the northern route to Mae Hong Son.
