"On Saturday January 19th I called and spoke with someone in your reservation office. I was able to book a room for the 23rd and 24th on January but I was told that no rooms were available on the 25th and 26th. This was fine and i made plans the stay at another hotel on those nights. On arrival I was told that there was no record of my reservation and that there were no rooms available. when put in touch with the reservation office they were very nice and offered me a villa somewhere outside the hotel but frankly I would never stay in those villas. They are inconvenient and frankly seedy at best. I understand that mistakes are made but it was very disappointing to start a long weekend away like that. I'v made a habit of staying at PGA when Im in the area but obviously that wont be happening in the future. My only recourse is to share this experience on line and with friends to let all know that they better not rely on your reservation office when planning a stay in Palm Beach Gardens. "

"Sadly we were here for a funeral...that said the staff was aware of that and did everything in their power to make this visit smooth....A huge shout out to Teri from the kitchen staff...when she learned the reason for our visit she could not do enough. We were a large family group and anytime we were gathered in the lounge area she made a special point of seeking us out to see what we needed. Not only that when I returned to my room that first night there was a bottle of wine,2 glasses and a card signed by her and the entire staff. Who does that anymore? I was deeply touched. I would recommend Embassy Suites to anyone cause it has always been a good experience. However this visit brought it to the next level. Thank you all for your kindness!"
