"This is a great option to just do nothing. The place is very quiet and there are not too many activities. They have an agenda, but the activities are not tiring. The view and facilities are nice. The Hotel beach is very small, but the view is quiet an nice. As you can see the best word that fits to this place is: QUIET/CHILL/REST. I highly recommend the Spa. They have great skills with the massages. "

"I stayed on at El Mangroove after my tour group ended there . The place looked and sounded nice enough online, but the reality was utterly blissful. I'm a generally positive traveller, but the one thing that really gets my goat is poor customer service. El Mangroove have something pretty special going on. Its a relatively bijou resort and breezily stylish throughout. But the real stand out factor is the Staff. I don't think I have ever experienced such consistently high quality, friendly, yet professional customer service - anywhere. From Mirna at the front desk, to Ariana and Meyling in the dining areas, to Karla and the guys in the garden/pool service team, every interaction I had was positive. For me, thats unheard of. One other thing - the spa area is a little gem, and what most don't know is that any guest can use the private reflection area if you need a break poolside. Use it! I also booked Yoga with Lorraine on my last morning. Wonderful teacher, glorious setting! "
