Nice hotel at a good location. However we need to pay extra for the parking service which is maybe very common in Italy. Other than that, everything was okay.
This was so frustrating. Everyone in Parma kept drawing lines on my map to show me how to get to the hotel. They never said it was on a cobble stone street I couldn't drive on well. They didn't say Park and then just walk. The city signs that pointed the hotel out, never completed their directions. It's in a great location- if you can ever find it.

We stayed a couple of nights and the hotel is nice, the staff very helpful and friendly and the restaurant serves real good food. The location however is boring. The area around the hotel is not very nice. It is a 15-20 min walk to Parma, or 5 min by car. We enjoyed our stay anyway!

The bedroom is very bare, walls need a fresh coat of paint. The tv is not functioning. Living room is spacious but sofa is very old and has sunk in. Time to change the sofa.... The mini kitchen is useful with microwave, sink and fridge. Location is good with a few nice breakfast places.

This is the best B&B we have visited! And we are experienced travellers with a long track record. Nice rooms with several high class details and a superior and outstanding service. The breakfast is very good and again the hostess is absolutely perfect. You also get the little extra thing like a small bottle of Prosecco every evening and always new fresh water bottles...

Had a lovely stay at the B&B, although I found it very difficult to find. But when I called, one of the owners drove out to meet me and then showed me the way to the B&B. Room was large and comfortable and the bathroom is huge!
