CITRUS GRANDE HOTEL PATTAYA BY COMPASS HOSPITALITY (SHA Extra Plus)
South Pattaya,Pattaya - View on map
"We stayed 4 Nights with my 2 friends. The Room we booked by Online was not the one they had given us. This was very small for 3 people and brought to their attention, they had upgraded to a fantastic family room with out any extra payment. The first notable thing that we feel about this hotel is the freedom that we enjoy during our stay , no hustles, no interference from any side.... very good breakfast spread, different dishes..... only a small thing we felt in convenience that we faced during our stay is the group booking they do take from tour operates across the glob which gives us big croud in restaurants while on breakfast time. "this is the best hotel in pattaya in my opinion. location is excellent (opposite beach and not far from night life). the hotel itself is 1st class and you can see why it's a 5 star hotel. the room we stayed in had a beautiful ocean view. overall, the only fault of this hotel is that it's quite expensive compared to many other hotels in pattaya. i would stay here again though without hesitation."

Pullman Pattaya Hotel G (SHA Plus+)

"Second time staying here just after 2months from our first stay. We first celebrated our baby’s birthday last time and this time we brought my parents and my uncle’s family. Now that it’s my husband’s birthday, I know this was the perfect place to stay again and celebrate. Special mention to Ms. Gerlie from the Front Desk who did a REALLY, really great job in helping me out plan a surprise for my husband and execute it perfectly. Special thanks to Meme and Khun Jeak for the wonderful Florist set-up and most especially to Khun Prin for our room upgrade to Executive room. It was definitely a cherry on top! Their executive room has the best view of the ocean and the pool. The bathtub was both my daughter’s favorite. *Make sure to try out their executive rooms when you book with them to make your stay much more perfect. Also, thanks to Pat from the front desk as well for the extrabed! Everyone here is soooooo kind and considerate! You guys are amazing! Our family loved the beach bar, the swings and the lounge by the beach! Every angle was surely instagrammable! We made sure to hangout by the beach during afternoons to witness the best view of the sunset in Pattaya. Really can’t reiterate how perfect this place is and their staff. Thank you to Angelo for the wonderful service by the beach bar by the way. Only con was that there were some plastic and trash by the shoreline sometimes. This could have been brought about by the surrounding establishments as well. Hope the management could do something about it and the guests could help as well by doing their part and not leave any little trash behind. All in all, this would definitely be our go-to hotel in Pattaya especially in celebrating special occasions in our family. They truly exceeded our expectations! Gerlie is an asset to this hotel. Thank you so much! See you again, soon! "

Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya (SHA Extra Plus)
Pattaya Beach Road,Pattaya - View on map
"I am a huge fan of the Hard Rock franchise and have visited many of the restaurants and hotels. The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya was no disappointment. This hotel is an oasis in the middle of a dirty and shady city. Don't get me wrong, Thailand has a certain reputation in certain spots but Pattaya goes above and beyond! I have traveled the world and visited some shady spots including Iraq, but I have never felt like I had to watch my back like I did in Pattaya. The beach was filthy. Fortunately, the hotel is isolated from the rest of Pattaya. The pool is enormous and has a great swim up bar. They play organized water sports (volleyball, water polo, etc.) everyday at 1300 hours and everyone gets involved. On the weekend they have an incredible seafood buffet, in addition to the typical Hard Rock menu with some local specialties added. The rooms are very clean and so comfortable and have great views either over the pool and ocean or the city of Pattaya. The actual Hard Rock Cafe is outside the hotel's rear entrance across from the beach. They have live music every night and a good crowd. This hotel is worth mutiple visits, unfortunately, Pattaya is not unless you are a perverted old man who can't meet women on your own. If you are a fan of the Hard Rock brand, then this is a must visit! This hotel is expensive by Thai standards, but this should be expected and you do get what you pay for. Pattaya does have it's own charms, such as fantastic seafood and taking a stroll down Walking Street, but one visit was enough for me. Cape Dara Resort (SHA Plus+)

"This is perhaps one of the best hotels in Pattaya. The room is very nice and clean and very new. The best part about this place is the sea view. The pool is awesome and you can stay there for the whole day. Breakfast is okay. The drawback about this place is location in North Pattaya (a lot of traffic)."

"One of my favourite hotels in Pattaya. The pool area is the best I have ever seen, even it is a bit aged by now. However, I come here many times by now and plan come again next year. The rooms are ok and the staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal for german customers. There are many restaurants nearby selling german style food. The rooms are clean and quiet."

Dusit Thani Pattaya (SHA Extra Plus)
North Pattaya,Pattaya - View on map
"We stayed at the Dusit Hua Hin last year for our anniversary, but this year we thought we'd try the Pattaya location. From parking the car to walking into the lobby, it's a rush of "nice." The place just smells nice. There is an obvious emphasis to detail here. The room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom great. Rain shower. Nice big balcony. I think this is better than the other hotels in Pattaya of similar rankings. Reason is, this one is actually "on the beach," AND it is also on the main bay, overlooking all the other hotels which are NOT on the beach. So you have the best of it all. You walk down to the ground level and go to the beach right out your door. No crossing the street. Then, from your balcony, you sit and enjoy the great view of the Pattaya Bay with all the activity and the cool "Pattaya" sign lit up at night. Food wasn't that great we don't think. I think they have the effort, but need some new recipes. Not sure. It was just missing the wow factor. The pool was nice. Tennis courts on the water. Great view. Good service. Really clean. We'll be back again. "

"brand new hotel in pattaya! i've always thought the what ever photos they post in agoda doesnt really look like what the actual hotel is. but i was wrong, beside the hotel is cheap the room is very nice, clean and huge. i got the leisure room and it was one of the best room's i had. the infinity pool was amazing! just like the marina bay sand's in singapore, the hotels pool was outstanding. two pools, 24th and 26th floor. they also show movies every night 1900 at the pool. the staff were very helpful and attentive, from the moment you check-in to the moment you check-out. i really loved the hotel, i would stay again in this hotel if i come back to pattaya. More about Pattaya

Pattaya has been a favorite relaxation destination for tourists and locals for over 40 years. The city is centrally located close to the capital city, so it usually sees a large influx of partygoers during long weekends.

Although Pattaya is mostly associated with lazy days on the beach followed by nightclubs, the city has accommodations for a more diverse group of visitors. Hotels in Pattaya cater to everyone from retired westerners, business travelers, young honeymooners, and families. It's an unlikely mix, and only Pattaya could make it seem so effortless.

Families often head to the quieter Jomtien Beach, a crescent slice of sand brimming with water sports and beach facilities. It’s just far enough away from the central party scene, and the hotels in this area quiet down earlier in the evening. Many family-friendly activities are based in North Pattaya, featuring Buddhist temples, elephant and nature parks, and weekend markets.

The famous nightlife epicenter of Pattaya is Walking Street, a neon-heavy after-hours pedestrian strip that follows the waterfront.

While Pattaya is widely known as Thailand's party destination, it's becoming an increasingly diverse place to vacation, with the city emphasizing the other quiet beaches and golf courses as alternatives to the bright lights.

There’s much more to see and learn about Pattaya, and the interactive map on this page is a great way to find out where the attractions and hotels can be found in this exciting city.
